No they didn't play like in game 2. They missed tons of open looks (4-28) and game 3? Stupid of you to even count that game.
popovich has got to go. We didnt know his wife was as sick as she was and it's sad she passed but he needs time away from basketball. Now it's understandable why his mind wasn't on basketball this season

Team did us proud. LMA deserves a lot of props from Spurs fans for this season.

Now the "Summer of Kawhi" begins.

Hope Rudy stays either opting in or re-signed.

Hope Manu is back. Tony too.

Best wishes to Pop and his family.
    Agree with everything except Tony.

One of a game, and great effort from the guys. Tighten up on some of those passes and hit an open look and maybe we have a different outcome. Overall I'm really glad they finished strong and didn't get blown out. I think real Spurs fans should be proud of this team. This team fought through adversity all season. From the limited roster, the whole Kawhi situation and the very unfortunate passing of Mrs. Popovich this team was able to make the playoffs and give the defending champs a good run. Hopefully they can make some good off season moves, figure out Kawhi and regroup for next season.

Top effort by Spurs to get it back to 2 with 30secs left . Spurs turnover was a letdown , almost pulled out a win. The need a competint PG to run this team.

Lamarcus was huge. Had to play in a crowd all game, responded great in the second half.

His mind was on basketball. Just cause he says life is bigger than basketball (hint LeBron and other athletes says similar stuff, do they not care?)

The fact that his wife has been sick and he still coached shows he still has love for the game. foolish to think otherwise

That truly is ridiculous. He has a lot less pressure on him by joining this team. Does whatever he wants. ing soft ass needing to join a stacked team. I didn't have a big issue with the Warriors until he joined them.

Honestly thought Rudy did a great job on defense. It was obvious he focused on that tonight and spent way more energy there. Its just Durant. He's an amazing player, but I thought Rudy played well and hard on that end.
Yea I agree. I was definitely proud of his effort overall. For a guy who probably had a lot of bad habits on some bad teams, he did a damned good job.

I'm glad he got a taste of compe ive playoff ball and comes back next season.

That last quarter was how I was expecting the Spurs to play all series. Unfortunately, they were pretty bad for much of it.

    Rudy gay 4 for 15
And Gay didn't body up Durant when they needed the stop. He doesn't have a championship pedigree.

When discussing who would be a better PG for OKC when they had KD and at least one other good player...

I hear you guys about Gay and he did play well overall but when it mattered most he fell asleep on defense, that is simply bad. How do you fall asleep on defense during times of pressure like that? All of the 6 points had KD and Green got when the Spurs were coming back late were very preventable if he stayed aware on defense.

The fact that Durant feels not even an ounce of guilt for the weakest move by any player shows the kind of boy he truly is.

gay has never been a good defender or good playoff performer. Did you forget his first round choking against the Clippers a few years ago in Memphis?
