None so far.
I wouldn't expect Mueller to lead with those. That would be stupid.
Now quit stalling and dodging.
So every conviction and piece of evidence collected is tainted in your opinion?
I'll ask what I ask the other conspiracy theorists -- when did the first probe into Russian election influence start and what started it?
No, you did not.
You're saying they would be implicated if the things that are already known are somehow more known.
Implicated in what?
None so far.
I wouldn't expect Mueller to lead with those. That would be stupid.
Now quit stalling and dodging.
Aw, the usual porn isn't working any more huh
Nope.
But, if the source of the original evidence or the original evidence itself is tainted, then anything GAINED from it is tainted as well. That fruit of the poisonous tree thingy.
So what is tainted and what isn't, Darrin?
You've made the distinction, so what convictions and evidence are currently tainted in your opinion?
Trump-Allied National Enquirer Turns on Michael Cohen: ‘Secrets & Lies!’

Go ahead, Trash and all his allies keep dumping on Cohen, and so just begging him to flip.
There’s New Evidence Trump Obstructed Justice in the House Intelligence Committee’s Minority Report
The dueling House Intelligence Committee reports into Russian election interference, both released on Friday, provide new information that adds significantly to a picture of obstruction of justice and abuse of power on the part of President Donald Trump.
At the same time, the reason that this information is parsed in the minority’s report but not the Republican majority’s is because Chairman Rep. Devin Nunes appears not to have had any interest in investigating the obstruction issue, much to his discredit.
What’s more, McCabe’s December 2017 testimony is detailed and, in important instances, refers to other senior FBI officials as witnesses to the same events and conversations as him.
At least one of those officials—James Baker, the FBI general counsel—was also present during McCabe’s testimony.
It is also useful to recall that
Rep. Nunes and the GOP members of the committee have themselves publicly relied on McCabe’s December 2017 testimony.
In particular, they invoke McCabe’s testimony in a key sentence in their earlier memo concerning the surveillance of Carter Page, as though
McCabe’s testimony provided significant support for that memo’s conclusions.
what are the new revelations on potential obstruction and abuse of power?
Baker and FBI Director James Comey’s chief of staff James Rybicki listened in on Comey’s side of at least some phone conversations with the president, in which Trump reportedly attempted to alter the course of the Russia investigation.
Both Comey and McCabe interpreted one of the president’s phone calls as threatening Comey if he did not lift the cloud of the Russia investigation.
McCabe testified that the FBI director and he “weren’t 100 percent sure what that was” but interpreted it as “a veiled threat.”
Second, the FBI director and deputy director were also concerned that the president was threatening to take action against McCabe if the FBI director did not lift the cloud of the Russia investigation.
Trump repeatedly brought up McCabe in these conversations about the probe. McCabe testified that he and Comey were concerned that the president “was bringing it up as some sort of an almost a veiled threat.”
Other observations in the minority report and in McCabe’s testimony are perhaps less significant on their own, but also add to the case for obstruction and abuse of power.

‘Putin has no further use for Trump’: CNN analyst explains why Trump Tower lawyer just admitted Kremlin connections
Brain Karem, said his sources are indicating that this may be the next phase in
Putin’s efforts to undermine the United States by exposing his help of Trump and further delegitimizing him.
“What this may signal is that Putin has no more use for Trump,” he said. “The timing was specifically made for after he was exhorted in Congress…
This may be further psy-ops, said panelist Ryan Lizza, who pointed out that
Vladimir Putin has a long record of denying and later admitting his actions.
“This is part of a vast covert action campaign run out of the Kremlim,” said panelist Robert Baer.
“They’re using these proxies, like this lawyer… the old model of using the KGB has been dropped… Putin is bragging about this.”

The Justice Department Inspector General reportedly issued a criminal referral of former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe to the U.S. Attorney’s office in Washington, DC.

I'm going to give you this one, Chris. Even though it's not even your take.
Comey was way over his head as FBI director. He sucked at that job.
The Most Egregious Failed Follow-Ups From the House Intel Committee’s Russia Investigation
On Friday, Republicans on the House Intelligence Committee released a heavily redacted reportdrawing their sham inquiry into Russian election interference to an apparent close.
the investigation itself never sought answers to the biggest questions around Russia’s interference in the 2016 election and what role members of Trump World may have had in that campaign.
The majority of subpoenas in the case did not cover Russian election interference, but rather “counter-investigations” into the intelligence community itself.
The head of the investigation was secretly communicating with one of the subjects of the inquiry and the subject refused to explain those interactions under oath.
As previously reported, Cambridge Analytica’s Alexander Nix appears to have lied under oath.
Donald Trump Jr. told the investigation he was looking to collude during his infamous Russia meeting, but was only stymied because he claims the Russians he met didn’t have the goods.
Trump sent the intermediary for the Trump Jr. meeting an exuberant thank you note for a birthday gift (an expensive painting) a little more than one week after the meeting itself (and one day before Julian Assange told British television his organization had obtained “emails related to Hillary Clinton”).
As previously reported, Guccifer 2.0 sought advice from Roger Stone on precise and micro electoral questions.
The Republican report claims that Paul Manafort had no knowledge of the efforts during the Republican National Convention to soften the GOP platform on the Ukraine conflict, based almost entirely on an email by Manafort purporting to have not had knowledge of the moves.
Contrary to prior testimony (and as previously reported), Attorney General Jeff Sessions apparently had a vivid memory of his meeting with George Papadopoulos in which the campaign advisor mentioned his contacts with Russians and suggested setting up a meeting between Putin and Trump. Sessions also had Logan Act concerns.
In at least one email, campaign high ups did not want to officially cover George Papadopoulos’ expenses. Which raises the question: How might he have been paid?
The majority report takes Erik Prince at his word that he wasn’t meeting with a Russian investor in the Seyc es to set up a back channel communication for the Trump administration to Russia. (The Washington Post has reported that a witness to the meeting is contradicting Prince’s account of the meeting in testimony to Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s probe.)

Thanks, all you Repug asshole voters!
Here’s The New Sign That Michael Cohen Will Flip on Trump
the Enquirer’s parent company, American Media Inc., is run by Trump’s longtime friend David Pecker.
The New York Times catalogued the Pecker-Trump love affair in a piece last month. And Trump has personally spoken (tweeted) well of Pecker’s journalistic a en–saying he should be the new CEO of Time Magazine.
If Pecker is letting loose on Cohen–and his team is, at least–then Trump probably knows about it.
It’s even likely the details contained in the Enquirer’s front page hit piece on Cohen were sourced from people close to Trump. In other words: this
volte-face from Pecker and his company was probably a decision from on high.
suggesting Cohen and Trump are on the outs.
In real terms, this means Trump likely expects Cohen to flip–so he and his allies have turned on the fixer. Harsh words from pro-Trump media are likely to be
well understood by Cohen, too: he just might be running out of friends.

The Trump administration is free to prosecute her at any time.
It's been over a year.
What's the holdup?
Where's the evidence?
LG's opinion doesn't count.
Umm Chris. Any thoughts?
Cleaning house at the FBI first imo
He said Congress should not accuse but he's comfortable with IG Horowitz doing the accusing. Non-story clickbait. You got Gowdy'd.
Hillary Clinton will not be prosecuted over the emails.
Interesting theory.
It's a prediction. What's yours?
Hillary Clinton destroyed all the evidence. It's a safe prediction, but I going with prosecution.
All the evidence of what?
