Kawhi might deny wanting to be traded at this point.
Why? Because if he says he wants to be traded before the draft, and gets traded for high draft picks, it won't be to he Lakers . . .
By Friday morning the coast will be clear to demand a trade.
We need to rid ourselves of this cancer.
If the Woj report is right and Pop is actively traveling to meet with him then i’m hoping it’s the final decision. I’d love for it to work out and he stays. That said if Pop doesn’t like what he hears, I hope they trade his ass Thursday night so we can be done with this .

I'd take Porzingis & the 9th. Your JJ trade would be unreal but seems to good.
Good thing this was before the draft, pretty hyped to see what picks they could end up with for the trade. He will most likley be traded in the next 2 days at this point. Plenty of good options, they basically played the whole season without him. Ingram + Kuzma + picks in itself would be a good addition.

Well FIFa just gave the World Cup to the joint bid of US, Canada & Mexico. I’d be a fool to myself and a burden to others if I wasn’t prepared for the unexpected now. Anything’s possibly here now with Pop off to Cal.
ESPN Sources: Kawhi Leonard was not alone in his meeting with Gregg Popovich today in San Diego.
RealGM is saying that he did not want to talk to Coach Pop and will inform teams that he will only sign in LA next season.

Kawhi Leonard has privately maintained that he no longer wants to play for the San Antonio Spurs and will eventually alert rival teams that his intentions are to sign in Los Angeles when he becomes a free agent in 2019.
Leonard would prefer to sign with the Los Angeles Lakers over the Los Angeles Clippers.
The Spurs are unlikely to be motivated to trade Leonard to the Lakers.
Leonard had told confidants that he did not want to sit down with Popovich and has been purposely difficult for the Spurs to reach recently.
Leonard is angry over how the Spurs handled his quad rehab and is irate with public comments made by Tony Parker.
San Antonio has been prioritizing working through the issues with Leonard, but they have encouraged rival teams to present an offer if they so choose. The Spurs, however, have been reluctant to give teams guidance on what type of trade package they are seeking.
