More tl;dr meltdown from the resident fat guy pedophile.
Stupid, why do always talk about things you know...0..about? I don't meltdown, anything but fat, a pedo would get his ass stomped if he got anywhere in stomping distance from me. Dude, ya are always wrong, it's weird.
This thread is about track, ok ?
Let's watch a master at work.
Michael Norman has ran a 43.6 400m this season, he will be running in that 200m final tomorrow. So we should expect (weather permitting) a 19.8ish 200.
19.8 times two add 4....yep...43.6
Bummer is Noah Lyles our 19.6 cat who just ran a 100m PR 9.8 has pulled out of the 200m, that sucks.
9.8 times two...yep..19.6.
See how it works?
SFS you make a ty track SOURCE guy, actually pathetic.

By this time tomorrow night the USA Track Champs will be over. Where was our OFFICIAL track SOURCE at during the last three days, yep.........nothing.
Why even have a track SOURCE if that SOURCE never talks track, that make sense to you?
Let me guess ya just can't handle the fact Avante knows track so ya got stupid with it......right?
SFS are you EVER going to actually talk track, you can't can ya little man?
Totally disapponted.
The weather/lightning ruined things. After a couple hours delay Michael Norman bailed out and didn't compete, yep...sucks.
So no Christian Coleman, no Justin Gatlin, no Fred Kerley, no Michael Norman other than heats.
This sucks.
Only good thing coming out of this meet was Noah Lyles showing he can be our anchor on the 4x1. He comes on (decellerates least) in the latter stages of a 100m (being a stud 200m cat explains that). That is a perfect skill set for a 4x1 anchor.
So as of right now...
Christian Coleman...WR 60 leading off
Justin Gatlin....histories most experienced second leg ..but,,,getting old.
Ronnie Baker....on that curve..???
Noah Lyles.....anchor
Well , lets check with our track SOURCE see if I got it right. SFS, what do ya think? By the way your insight into this meet was ......ah...non existant. What a SOURCE....![]()
Little people, the NCAA came and went, our USA Nationals are now over. At no time did your track SOURCE ever say about anything, why? So ya have a track SOURCE who never talks track........what???
The boy don't know about the sport and with him totally ignoring those big meets proves that.
What were you people thinking?
Now before some idiot.....nobody cares about track.....ok, so why have a track SOURCE thread? 33 people voted on something they don't care about? With only one of them getting it right.
32-1
Because unlike you, he understands social cues enough to realize that the rest of us don't give a about track and field.
Then why vote in a track SOURCE....that make any sense to you?
Since we have that track SOURCE why isn't he talking track in this thread about track....well?
SFS have you ever actually seen a track meet?
Why are you still upset about this? You hate Democracy.
I hate stupidity.
SFS talking about running a 19.5-20.5 as a middle school kid should have DQed him from anything having to do with track.
I get you don't understand any of this but that is 100%, totally, completely....impossible.
Dude, our USA nationals were won in 20.4.........now think.
You must have heard of Carl Lewis, he couldn't run a 19.5.

Just stop. NO ONE gives a rat's ass about track. The only thing that matters in this thread is Avante lost.
Actually what really matters is Avante proved that SFS don't know and lied about running a 19.5-20.5, and it's Avante who knows it all about track, so 32 posters here were 100% wrong.
Dude, why did you lie about SFS and that 19.5-20.5...well?
I get all of this was a joke, everybody knows SFS don't know . So I had my fun with it. It got so bad people stopped trying to defend SFS it made them look stupid.
There is nobody anywhere on my level when it comes to the who, what, where and when in track.
And what did the guy actually do, yep.........................0000000000000000000000 00000
A track SOURCE who doesn't talk track, hahahahhaha~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Watch this....
SFS what is your take on Christian Coleman? Dude, can ya ever actually do anything?
Now watch that get totally ignored, what a track SOURCE...ya have here, sheesh~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
How lame is this....
asskisser.....SFS doesn't need to actually talk track, or even watch the sport. Every three/four months he'll toss out something like....Usian Bolt was fast. Talk about track knowledge, there it is.
Ha~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Cat can fly
There ya have it gang.....cat can fly. This is a very sad excuse for a track SOURCE.
Christian Coleman left the NCAA as the NCAA 100m record holder, he is the only NCAA(ran the NCAA that season) sprinter to ever beat the great Usain Bolt in a 100m, and he did it twice.
He broke Mo Greenes long standing indoor 60 WR of 6.39 with a sizzlin' 6.34.
He is also a 19.8 200m cat.
He left Tennessee early for the pro ranks but hamstring problems have hindered his outdoor season.
But at his age, he has plenty of track left to realize all that potential.
See the difference between a fake and the real deal?
32-1
SFS remember your....I ran a 19.5-20.5 in middle school? Do you really not understand how times like that are done? That would take a guy with sub 10.10 100m jets or a stud 400m cat. I bet you were neither. You dont just run 19.5-20.5 without sprint talent in other events, I know.....huh???
All the worlds fastest 200m cats are also the fastest at 100m with the exception of Michael Johnson who holds the American record at 400m.
Do you get any of that at all?
Noah Lyles the guy who holds the HS 200m record at 20.09 just ran a 9.88 100m, and he has ran a 19.69 200m already this season.
9.8 times two....19.6
See how it works?
Why the lie about 19.5-20.5 ...??? Don't look re ed over trying to troll, ok guy?
Usain Bolt holds both WR's...9.58/19.19
9.58 times two....19.16

I don't really care what anyone thinks about movies much, so I stay away from talking that stuff....pretty much.
If track, blues, soccer, romance novels, baseball, classical music ain't your thing, cool...ignore it. Works for me.
This thread is OBVIOUSLY about track so why be here if track ain't your trip, well? Go talk movies, tv shows, beer, music...ok?
I have proven by now I'm going to do what interests Avante and not at all concerned with anyones approval, sure I have. Don't read what doesn't interest you, ok?
What's totally sad is those who follow Avante everywhere he goes, what is this, is there a name for that behavior? Yes there is....AVANTEITIST.
I didn't post this thread, ok?
This was a stupid idea that did nothing but expose SFS as a track moron, yep, a huge backfire.
Two massive track meets came and went and what did SFS do, yep..................0.
