It's a logjam at guard, with either one, but could they flip Fultz into a pick? Like what was supposed to happen with Lonzo Ball?
i think Smith is a 30 day wait if he's been signed.

Guess depends on who goes out with Kawhi. I think most assume patty. Either way, its all a big mystery.
I think Smith could play either guard or forward in today's small ball NBA. If we trade Kawhi, I expect Danny Green to start at the 3, and Smith has a similar physical profile.
Still got 10% left to mess around with.
Thanks
I don't know if he's worth being the "centerpiece" of a deal. Saric, Smith, and picks won't likely ever be Top-25 players in the league, but that's quality depth.
10% looney asylum ....
With Kawhi's group using Parker as a scapegoat of sorts, does it say a lot one way or another if Parker signs with another team or re-signs with the Spurs?
I am waiting on the blue checkmark tweet to confirm Kawhi hasn’t been traded. “I can only confirm he hasn’t been traded”
All Leonard jerseys are half priced off

the separation is happening
He's already in Hotel California, iyam. Well, or his representation is at least.
Smith is 6’ 3”
The bigs maybe smaller but the wings arent. Still Tony Allen was small & able to defend the likes of KD well, Zhaire is a much better athlete so I'd welcome it. I think Fultz is mentally broken, I don't want any part of that bust.
Cris Carter who is Kawhi's group's mouth piece actually said the other day that it wasn't Parker's comments that was the final straw for Kawhi wanting to leave the Spurs. Basically Cris is signalling that the group realizes that they can't use Parker as a scapegoat anymore since it's probably known by them that there is a high chance Parker won't be back next year.
Double-agent Tony should sign with the Lakers just to prevent Kawhi going there. I'd mean he'd probably get to bed Jeanie, so there are perks.
In all seriousness, the outrage by Kawhi and his camp over TP's remark (which isn't even that bad if you actually watch the interview) is ridiculous. It's Tony's opinion. You're going to give up 80 mill and play the victim over that? Either its manufactured (bingo) or your ego is clouding your judgement (possibly bingo).
Y'all probably would Kiwi by now if not for fake injury, & Spurs would have best young prospect offered in any trade in Ingram plus a potential lottery pick via Lonzo trade. rip.
So what team now is his most desired landing spot, philly, clippers?
I don't like Philly's package at all. Fultz seems like damaged goods. He basically hasn't even played. People are going off his days in college. Sairic is a very good role player and that's gonna be about it. There is no higher ceiling for him IMO. Covington is overpaid in my opinion.
Boston has the best assets, but unfortunately don't wanna give them up because of Kawhi stating he wants to play in L.A. and because of his health.
I would hate the Spurs to trade him to the Lakers, but I'd rather trade him there over Philly if they are willing to include Ingram, Kuzma, Hart, and a pick. They probably won't though, which might turn out to be a bad move on their part.
Fultz is a lottery ticket to getting a top 10 nba player. If he fixes quickly his shot then he has absolutely everything offensively. If he doesn't he can still be TP instead of Harden.
How long did it take for TP to become a competent 3pt shooter? You guys believe Fultz is done after one bad year? Fultz got benched for TJ McConnell ok (Ben Simmons too in the end lul) guess what young TP also got benched for a scrub in the POs.
Pop designed his whole offense around a scoring PG for the longest time, tell me he doesn't want to get his hand on Fultz, one of the best PnR players to come out of college in a while, and I won't believe you. That's also why I think Pop would have been fine with a Kyrie package but obviously Boston is out of the picture now.
I think only Ingram has comparable upside.
I think they’ll need his approval to offer the supermax, not sure about a trade.
But everybody loves the idea of a pick until a name is attached to it. I say keep Fultz because there is a strong possibility that he will be better than whoever is drafted with the pick. The draft is never a sure thing. For example, some people were talking about getting the Cavs #8 pick in the past but now that Colin Sexton’s name is attached to it then it seems less desirable (even though I think he’s gonna be a really good player). But yeah get Fultz and his confidence back and plug him in at the 2 with his good friend Murray and I see tons of potential.
Largely seems like Woj is doing the posturing for a handful of teams. He seems so eager for the Spurs to trade but only for so little.
