I don't know if it was published. It was just stated on ESPN, Fox Sports or some other news outlet I was listening to at the time that the Spurs sent a couple of representatives to New York to check in on Kawhi during his rehab stint and his entourage wouldn't let them anywhere near him.

Yup I never bought that he was ever not healthy. I remember watching him in the games he played and I felt at times he was just holding back at going at it 100 percent but felt he could if he wanted to. The last 2 games I saw him play he looked close to 100 percent. The only thing that showed was that he was rusty. It's amazing after how great he played in his last 2 games that his camp immediately pulled the plug on him from playing the rest of the year because they feared most likely they would lose control of the situation.
