Interesting that everyone wants out.
100 bucks got.![]()
Interesting that everyone wants out.
Match him, imo.
Unless it's a full blown rebuild, with Pop retiring and LMA being traded, what other choice is there?
Sighting
Thing is, in three or four years this contract will be a bargain.
God. All I'm asking for is that the spurs dont match and we get rid of this fathead loser.
I take that back. God. Also please let SAgirl and her terrible takes go to Memphis with him.
Amen.
i think the contract is too long. in 1-2 years time we're going to be wanting to salary dump him.
even if kawhi's gone, this guy's not the answer at the 3
The Great Mass Exodus of 2018. Spurs are going to be returning like 3 coaches and players next year.
Roughly 9m/yr. I think the Spurs match. We need pfs and sfs. We groomed KA only to see him walk to a division rival? No way! Unless we have another Rudy Gay or SF somewhere, they have to match.
Good. Don't want him on the squad. Too slow and can't shoot. Defense is solid but spurs need shooting and quickness
We’ve come to the point where matching Fathead is a must![]()
Players tired of waiting on what the FO is going to do with Leonard?
No Parker, possibly no Anderson, and likely no Leonard. Pop is going to have an interesting season.
They probably will match. They invested alot in him. I just dont want him on a 4 year deal. It wouldnt be insane to match but i just want the spurs to go in a different direction and concetrate on developing an athletic prospect.
Matching that contract will be a terrible deal. He cant shoot. If u rebuild, you dont rebuild with fathead.
If only Gasol could go next...
Just think guys! If we match, we'll be paying Fathead and Patty a combined $75M over the next 4 seasons!

The fact the Spurs let Parker walk gives me hope they won’t match this garbage. We should be able to get a similar or better SF in whatever deal we make for Leonard.
It occurs to me that the Spurs may have let Parker go in order to retain Anderson.
I think Parker's decision was based on the role he would have here vs in Charlotte. Pop/RC wanted him back, I'm sure they would've signed him if he agreed to the terms. He was going to be a 3rd string PG at most here, probably with the occasional DNP-CD
Ill flip my If we spend for almost 10Mil a year for kyle ing Anderson
Yup Ingram.
i'm hoping gasol wants to get bought out next![]()
Parker wasn't going to have a significant role. Anderson would play a significant role. So they might match
