I would push hard for a draft pick from Toronto as well.

I would much rather have Pau and his contract than Ibaka with his.

Trade him to Cavs and get back Sexton + other pieces.

I doubt we’d be able to get that much from them at this point, if the reports that Philly and LA have ”given up” on trying to acquire him. Unless there is another team that is really pushing and helping us create leverage, tbh I think the best return we could get is:

DeMar + OG for Kawhi + Filler

Ibaka is pure garbage, at this point. There is some su ion that he was older than stated when he declared for the draft. Sucks for OKC. They kept him, thinking he was a core piece, and ditched harden. He’s definitely on the downslope, athletically.

    What is crazy is a 6’8” SF with a 7’6” wingspan. That’s a plus 10. Kawhi is only a plus 8.

I mean OG has huge potential. I’m almost willing to give up KL for OG without Lowry/DD

So keep Pau, flip either Green or Mills. Green makes more sense as a salary dump.

It's kind of weird how each "breaking news" keeps coming from a different source: Woj, Shelbourne, Young, Carter, and now Windhorst.

As I've mentioned, he has a good pedigree. Tom Crean was a ty coach at IU but could find some diamonds. First Oladipo and now Anunoby might be next.

His wingspan measured 7'2.25" at the combine. It might have grown a little bit, but probably not all the way up to 7'6"

You guys ed up - Probably could have had Ingram, Hart and a FRP. There's no way the Lakers give Hart away now.

I think Ingram has potential but let’s not pretend that he’s better then Derozan rn

    OG’s potential >Hart’s

Don't think the Spurs were ever trading Kawhi to the Lakers. They're better than that.

Hart has had a great summer league. But that would be like us telling Laker fans you should have traded Bron for Derrick White

White has been every bit as good as Hart in his 2nd SL stint.

Trust me we didn't want your trash anyways. I'm fine with even Kawhi leaving as a FA. Basically we waste a year of Lebron's remaining prime by not giving you Kawhi this year which works for me.

OG has the potential to be a real dead eye shooter in the Spurs system. Guy has great form on his shot. I know this because I watched a five minute YouTube highlight video.
    This guy YouTubes.

Well, I guess that's better than the Deng/Kuzma/Hart for Kawhi/Murray trade I was told of a month ago.

But if we're dealing with an LA team, we're going to deal with The Logo and not Magic.

That's just not true. The Spurs would have taken the best deal if it came from the Lakers, but there would have had to be a "Lakers premium." In other words, if the offers were close, no way they trade him there. But if the Lakers had the best offer for sure, the Spurs wouldn't have been dumb.

No he hasn't. If we win tomorrow, Hart is the MVP.

Doesn't mean Kyle Anderson was summer league MVP that's how legit it is.
