Makes no difference to me - after 2016, I don't believe ANY poll out there, and I always check the political identification. I remember when they were saying Bill Nelson was ahead of Rick Scott - I didn't feel that way at all - people here seem pretty happy with the way FL is heading even if Rick Scott has a personality like cardboard and can't talk (for a politician) for s***.
Of course. Your politics are purely faith based.

Oh yah, there is no shortage of self hating Whites in the West. Look at Boutans

I discussed this with my father a few days ago: how were Western Whites duped into supporting for example equality. Can you find another example in History where a demographic seeked to weaken its own living standards. Unprecedented. And the end result is: soon to be minorities in their own nations

Boutans thinks Jammal, Pablo or Ahmad are gonna spend countless hours online preaching for treatment of whites like he does for people of color. Imagine how much brainwashing that required
Euros violently stole this country from the Native Americans. They also made Black people build this country against their will. Now you gots are worried about being in the minority? me a river son

And by 2018 you had spent so much time amusing yourself by pretending to be a racist sociopath that you actually became one.

Sounds like a super interesting biography, tell us more.
But, but, but... He voted for Obama in 08'; therefore he is a credible voice on racism. Isn't that how it works?

On the contrary - I'm not looking for a husband or friend or someone to admire - in who I vote for - it's whoever will make my kids' futures better and our lives better (meaning financially). I can go to church for the faith based stuff.

Seems to me that most of the polls have way more Dems than Repubs. But that's not what's important is it? It's who turns out to vote and I guess Repubs are more reliable voters but the Trump HATE is STRONG.

They always do since lots of Republican voters claim they're independents.

That's a really sad comment; and I can't help but conclude that you take our democracy for granted after reading that.

It seems to me that you have little appreciation for the amount of blood, sweat and tears that have gone into building and preserving our democracy since its inception. Voting is supposed to be more than just a financial transaction. If we don't elect people who respect and believe in our values, laws, courts and other ins utions then we won't have a democracy and things will simply be dictated to us at some point. There will be no voting in that case.

That's because there probably are more Dems than Repubs? Isn't that the simplest, most logical explanation? I mean, the GOP hasn't won the popular vote in how many presidential elections in a row now? Urban places are generally way more populated than rural areas, and largely Democratic strongholds, so why wouldn't that make sense?

The thing is, with the electoral college, it really isn't a full blown popularity contest, and that's why certain polls need to be taken in light of a certain context. Obviously, you would need critical thinking skills for that.

And there's obviously the hypocrisy that ballooning deficits that are going to ruin our children's future are only problematic when the president is a Dem (and a niglet at that). I'm sure some children are learning all sort of valuable lessons from grabbing by the pussy, cheating on the wife, paying off pornstars.. never been a better time from homeschooling, and explaining what's that all about

You didn’t feel that way because you were uncomfortable with the fact that he was.

Something tells me you’re only bringing that up now because Rick Scott has a slim lead in the polls that you like. Isn’t that right rmt?

    so much winning

Trump’s Power to Fire Federal Workers Curtailed by Judge

A federal district judge in Washington

struck down most of the key provisions of three executive orders that President Trump
signed in late May that would have made it easier to fire federal employees.

The ruling, issued early Saturday, is

a blow to Republican efforts to rein in public-sector labor unions,

which states like Wisconsin have aggressively curtailed in recent years.

    In June, the Supreme Court
dealt public-sector unions a major blow by ending mandatory union fees for government workers nationwide. (Federal workers were already exempt from paying such fees.)

    The ruling is

the latest in a series of legal setbacks for the administration,

which has suffered losses in court in its efforts to wield executive authority to press its agenda on immigration, voting and the environment.

The executive orders, which also rolled back the power of the unions that represent federal workers, had

instructed agencies to seek to reduce the amount of time in which underperforming employees are allowed to demonstrate improvement before facing termination, from a maximum of up to 120 days to a maximum of 30 days,

and to seek to limit workers’ avenues for appealing performance evaluations.

The orders also sought to significantly reduce the amount of so-called official time that federal employees in union positions can spend on union business during work hours.

I distinctly remember posting that I didn't think Nelson was really ahead when the polls said that. It's in my history, look it up if you don't believe me - I am positive - what I thought being on the ground compared to what the polls said. And remember I was saying this living in the middle of SE FL - highly Dem.

LOL - you say that when they just find some liberal judge to halt things that the Executive branch definitely has control of. You think that the Dems/Hillary would do a better job respecting our values like life (abortion), liberty (bigger govt and more rules/regulations) and the PURSUIT of happiness (higher taxes/redistribution)? Give me a break. The spineless Repubs with their political correctness and weakness obviously aren't up to the job - what choice is left but to vote for someone like Trump - at least he's not spineless and can take the heat.

Don’t see what Trump has to do with a senate seat in Florida but do you.

The typical Repub candidate would not be able to take the attacks that Trump is taking. I'm not interested in a Pence-like - Christian (would never survive trying to reconcile his faith with political survival), moral, etc. type. Besides, we don't look to any man as role model - that'd be God.

You don't think it matters (on both sides)? That Trump hate/support will NOT affect senate/representative seats (as in following through or blocking Trump agenda)? I do.

I have no doubt there are more Dems than Repubs but over 25% more - I don't know about that.

No need to cushion your view of my critical thinking skills or lack thereof, but I do appreciate the lack of vulgar language - I never did understand why people need to swear to make their point. I'm not the one who posted the poll, but once it's posted, it's fair game and it seems hardly anyone checks who is in the poll. No one knows what's going to happen until the votes are counted.

Every single item I listed were self-inflicted wounds. So it's not that he's being unfairly attacked or anything, he's laying on the bed(s) he made. But waiving it off as just attacks from the opposition is just part of the hypocrisy and double-standard.

All that said, I certainly do love the fact that a solid chunk of the electorate seem to have decided that social conservatism is dead, and no longer a litmus test. It was about time, IMO.

Just fed up with the politicians - not the social conservatism - that's taught at home and at church.
