Kawhi is a . All about Kawhi. Tom, someone Kawhi knows was treated cold as with an obvious question. Look at Danny, with a “hi Tom”. Danny doesnt think hes better than anyone, Kawhi does.
Danny was ready to defend him if any sort of Spurs related question was asked. But he was so ready to do that, that he chose a question that wasn’t even that bad to do so. Tom seemed to try his best not to word it in a bad way.
Loved that Tom asked that question. Kawhi's demeanor quickly changed...I found his answers referencing staying in Toronto to be very informative. Hes out of there after this season, as I really believe is mind is made up. He made a comment about being good in what ever jersey he's in. Big contrast between Danny answering questions as they were asked and Kawhi seeming like he didnt remember what was just asked of him.
I'm at work so can't watch the video but what did Kawhi say about SA?
Not so much, he was directly asked about how everything went down and his feelings about the whole situation. He said he had no regrets about what happened and didnt want to focus on past or future just the present.
