I don't understand why OU isn't pushing. Powell's ceiling is higher than any DB they have right now. I really think Powell wants to play offense and OU doesn't see it that way.

Nebraska is no longer Nebraska, they are now Wyoming, they can't recruit Big 10 country because most of the top recruiting areas are back east. They can't recruit Texas, California, or Florida like they did because they suck. I just don't see them ever being what they once were.
