Plummeting tech stocks are the driver. People are trying to attribute it to China trade worries & interest rates but it started with European tech stocks so I wouldn't put much faith in that. I haven't spent any real time looking into it though, just hoping the sell off continues.

Trump is currently headed to a campaign rally in Erie, Pennsylvania, in the midst of a category 4 hurricane hitting Floridas’ coast.
