Sucks that we already have several candidates for worst loss of the season and its barely mid-November.
Softridge is trying to play into a trade since he know the team is going no where with DeFrozen dominating the ball.
If tyFo has any neurons left then they should be shopping him to the Wizards for Porter & their 1st rd pick which is going to be in the lotto.

Forbes starting is much worse than when Bonner was a starter for us because the latter at least had the Big 3 around him covering up his extreme scrubness. This just isn't sustainable for a team that wants to make the playoffs. He must be benched eventually...right?
To stop the trolling for a while I'd say that while frustrating, you can see that the team still is not used to themselves.
Bertans looked lost on defense, Mills... IDK what to say about him, he gives nothing for now.
White and DeRozan are still learning how to play together. Forbes has yet to realize he is not the second coming of Ray Allen.
I mean, no one knows who they are on our team.
I feel like Aldridge has been told to let others discover themselves and he has accepted it.
What I mean is that this team needs to play at least half a season to let things sink in. All the team, from DeRozan to Mills, and even LA and Pop.
Only then we will know what we have, who we need and who is expendable (cof Mills cof).
We'll have our pick of the litter by the end of the month.
As soon as that loser was brought back during the summer, you got your answer. Bringing him off the bench just gives the old man ample opportunity to trot out that Patty/Bryn/Beli death lineup that he loves.
Athleticism sadly in this day and age it matters immensely. Forbes Mills and Beli are literally the most unathletic trio in the NBA EASILY. there’s no way they compete with young cats. The Spurs are so behind time it’s embarassing.
Agree we got so many new guys we lost a lot of knowledge with Tony, Manu, Green, and KY. We lost 4 players which as a Spur fan I can not remember this high of turn over.
As painful as that death lineup is, I'd rather see small doses of that than seeing Forbes take shots away from DeRozan, LMA and Gay.
Yes, but that was the point I was making. This was a toss-up game, where something like good rotations could have made the difference. This wasn't a game like Orlando where you could just burn the tape and move on. I think a bad loss is a loss a team can't afford to take (or more precisely can't afford to take many of). A loss to a team in your tier on the road should be expected. But that's not a homerish take, like you seemed to believe it was. My argument was that SA is in SAC's tier, which is about the most pessmistic thing I've ever said on this forum (even accounting for the idea that I think SAC is better than they have been in a long time). A low-seed team doesn't have the same potential for bad losses as a top team does. Two years ago, SAC, even at their current strength, would have been a bad loss. But now, it's likely par for the course.
"What a revoltin' development."
Man I needed that laugh. Well done.
Doing my best to keep the morale (if not the morals) up, bro.![]()
Spurs 14-game win streak against the Kings snapped. Not many more TD-based streaks probably in existence.
That playoff streak is still there. Hope I don't jinx us.
Just watched the game off DVR. Love how Fox, Hield and Bogdanovic took turns bukkakeing the Spurs ty guards all game
I was at the game. Poetl is too soft, I think Spurs is wasting roster space on this guy. IMO, Brimah is better than Jakob.
Its getting scary how bad DeRozen is shooting 3's this season.
5-25 on the season (20%)
He definitely didn't impress, for sure.
So we're officially a bad team.....
I’d say we’re about average tbh.. .500 ball club when it’s all said and done imo.
welcome at 6 months ago
always mattered, only now it is even more serious, but Pop will live and die with his convictions, regardless of the results.
Spurs were always a team of adults. But this time they didn’t even try to execute down the stretch and looked like a bunch of nervous rookies and not-giving-a- pensioners. Such a shame in the crunch-time on both ends, unbelievable. I can understand being blown out by 3 point shooting play-off team like Blazers but giving yourself this way to the freaking Kings.., come on.
Before the season start Mr Lowe said that Spurs could make the post-season only by beating lottery teams because of their “system”. Well, pathetic loses to Orlando, Miami and Sacramento don’t really support this analytic theory.
easy, and Brimah is not good
