Spinning your wheels. Thought so.
I used past tense in the case (not clear) that he is no longer supervising the probe.
If it was in the past, it was likely one of the first things investigated since Flynn cooperated for a year.
In short. You don't know and neither does anyone else.
Spinning your wheels. Thought so.
Do you not have access to the redacted memo? Do you not know about 28 CFR 600.4 that states the AG must approve other investigations that might arise from this one? This puts the power with the AG, not with Mueller.
Whatever is in the redacted portion of the memo is set, it's not changing daily. This means the AG gave Mueller a certain scope of authority and things beyond that, which might arise from investigations that fall within that scope, must be approved by the AG before other investigations can be launched.
We don't know if Pence is in that redacted portion, but the fact that we can see Manafort specifically cited leads me to believe that the memo has specific names tied to specific accusations.
Thanks for repeating what I said.
‘Anxiety is ing’ among GOP officials who realize Trump plans to ‘wing it’ on response to Mueller probe
President Donald Trump remains confident that he will be able to beat the rap on special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into his alleged collusion with Russia in the 2016 campaign, but other Republicans are not so sure,
“Trump remains headstrong in his belief that he can outsmart adversaries and weather any threats, according to advisers.
In the Russia probe, he continues to roar denials, dubiously proclaiming that the latest allegations of wrongdoing by his former associates ‘totally clear’ him,”
“Some GOP senators were particularly shaken by last week’s revelation that former national security adviser Michael Flynn had met with Mueller’s team 19 separate times —
a distressing signal to them that the probe may be more serious than they had been led to assume,”really, is now "more serious"
“Anxiety is ing among Republican allies, who complain that
Trump and the White House have no real plan for dealing with the Russia crisis while confronting a host of other troubles at home and abroad,”
“A war room? You serious?” the source said. “They’ve never had one,
will never have one.
They don’t know how to do one.”

Confused, senile, obese Julie Annie is apparently the WH -sucker charged with the "Counter Mueller" report(if there even is one)
You tried to indicate that, because it's unknown to us, Mueller could have carte blanche. If you didn't do that, what was the point of your comment?
No one has suggested otherwise.
djohn and SH have as good a basis for saying Pence is within the scope of the investigation as you have of suggesting he isn't -- none.
I did not.
I never said Mueller had carte blanche or even could have it. He is always subject to supervision.
You're really not as smart as you want us to think you are.
Except that wasn't said. What was said is that he's likely guilty because he hired an attorney, and because he "begged" for an interview when in reality he said he would be happy to be interviewed by Mueller, when asked, but hasn't been asked.
I didn't say Pence isn't in the scope of the investigation. I said Mueller doesn't have carte blanche.
Please provide the quote that confused you.
M A G A by old white guy
So I could have answered "no " to your "duh" comment that basically said "it is what it is"?
You didn't have a point then (since you never answered that question). It's my fault for giving you too much credit for stepping out of your got role. You didn't.
lol DMC getting pissy because he's not as smart as he wants people to think.
‘It’s Watergate for dummies’: Trump biographer mocks president’s lackies who have taken the fall for him
the author of “Trumpnation” shook his head in amazement while mocking all of the associates of Donald Trump who are looking at jail time for doing the president’s bidding while he was running for office.
he expects Trump to be named in future do ents as an “unindicted co-conspirator” before turning to the associates of Trump who actually have been indicted.
“I think the other thing in all of it is, you know, my friend [Watergate attorney] Nick Akerman wisely told me a very long time ago: this is like Watergate,”
“If you just focus on the fact that something was stolen and people scrambled to cover that up you get somewhere,”
“But also it’s Watergate for dummies because
there’s a lot of very ignorant unsophisticated people floating around this.”

Who are you talking to?
You need to recalibrate and try again.
Why did you use 3rd person?
Felt like it.
Why not?
Are you confused?
DMC, I'll admit to scanning SH's posts as quickly as possible, but I'll stick with my reasonable inference from your response to him.
You're backpedaling now, but you clearly suggested Pence wasn't within the proper scope of the investigation -- based on nothing.
(in b4 DMC pleads the subjunctive)
I guess there's a reason you've averaged over 50 posts a day for going on 2 years with that account. Most of what you say is gibberish filler yap.
No. I said Mueller didn't have any evidence to suggest he needed to interview Pence, thus why Mueller didn't request it. Mueller can't just take people in per their request and Pence didn't actually request it, so more hyperbole.
But you're going to take your original position even though you've admitted to not paying attention before making the assessment. So much for being intellectually honest.
This is you knowing you're being dishonest and trying to do damage control in advance.
DMC pissy and confused
