I was told that Struggle was elite now and not still a product of a stacked team carrying him. What happened?

Green Bay could still make the playoffs if the Vikings lose to Miami and Chicago. They also need the Panthers, Eagles and Redskins to each lose at least one more, but that's a given considering the Panthers and Eagles have a nightmare end season schedule and the Redskins are post-Hiroshima style rubble.
