I don't know if it's for clicks or not, but Nahlin's feeling something on Sanders tonight. Like I've said before, Sanders has kept everyone up in the air on his recruitment.

Holland from 24/7 said OL Isaiah Hoofkin is 70% to Texas right now if he had to put a number on it.
He still hasn't heard anything from the Baylor side that makes him believe they have the lead.
My thoughts on Today
1. Getting Johnson should seal the deal for Texas linebackers. probably one of the top 5 recruiting units in the nation.
2. Thoughts on Shepherd as one of the top players in the country. Sometimes its not a matter of talent but what you do with it. In the beginning of this cycle I was tripping over myself wanting Texas to get him. He is a legit 6'6 to 6'7 and he was clocked under 5.0 in the 40. For an OT he has it all, long arms, big frame to add good weight. He will get the coaching, what matters most of all is if he accepts the coaching. Can he check his ego and become both coachable and become a leader. This is what separates Shepherd from the best of the best. It's also what separates a lot of talented kids from true greatness.
3. Trey Sanders is a true showman, he is going to milk this to the end and there are going to be some really sad fans at 3 schools.
4. I just don't know about Cain, seems one day the reports are good, next they are bad.
5. Higgins is going to Stanford, I have no doubt of this, you don't pass up an opportunity to go to Stanford for free.
6. If Justin Fields is interested in transferring, then I hope we go in on it, he is a game changer and I don't care who we have on campus, he will beat them out. Seriously, how can he not pick blOwU, Heisman QB is moving on and their next best guy is a freshmen. It's almost gift wrapped for him.
7. Most disappointing news today is we missed out on another juco olinemen. I'm really hoping we can land one

I'm going to say that if Lewis picks Texas that will seal the deal for McCoy going to USC.
Lewis is taking Powell's spot, but McCoy is extremely likely to USC regardless of Texas' WR plans.

Lewis was going to be taken, regardless IMO. I remember Herman loved that dude since day 1 when he showed up to camp at Texas.
Per 24/7, RB Noah Cain is truly torn on what he wants to do and playing closer to home (his mother is in Dallas, played at Denton Guyer) is weighing on him.
Cains waiting on Sanders. They've done a good job of scheming at IMG. lol
Does anyone think Trey Sanders' girlfriend from Dallas is playing a roll in this? I remember him meeting her at the RRS. Just thought I throw it out there. They may be done, but I don't know.
On OL Isaiah Hoofkin...24/7 now saying they believe he is trending to Baylor mainly because of Rhule pitching early playing time.
24/7 reporting there is still a chance that Texas offers DT Antoine Whitner from IMG Academy.
If he is offered before tomorrow morning, he is expected to sign with UT.
