I know the cliche' is "both teams played hard" but in this case they did. Felt like a playoff game.
    This.

Spurs battled back, but just didn't get over the hump.

It's a loss in December. Get over it.

should have tanked from the beginning of the season. It's clear as day that this players are losers. I don't really care being 8th and then being ed by the 1st seed. But hey, at least that 15-20 draft pick will look great right?

Aside from White, Bertans, and Poeltl, I really hate the current roster. Either a bunch of losers or total scrubs surrounding the team.

The Bulls loss is still the worst of the season, but this is second considering the situation and repercussions.

Who do we trust to shoot free throws to close out the game?
This has ALWAYS been a Spurs issue dating back to Admiral in his prime, tbh.

Again, the loss doesn't really mean much and I've been on the tank crew since the offseason....

But it's just so crazy how bad coaching has been at times this year...leaving Fatty in too long during the 4th when DWhite was a big reason they clawed back in.....and arguably one of the worst play calls out of a time out of all time....choking FTs isn't on Pop....but man those are some basic coaching moves that Pop couldn't even process, same thing he's done A LOT this season.

    Don't care about the loss....

But beyond thrilled that Pop go to showcase that he's probably the worst play caller in that situation. That's the Kawhi alley oop against the Clipppers in G7 bad....

Bertans, Beli sitting on the bench and the old man has ing Rudy Gay and Derrick out there while calling one of the worst calls that the Nuggets easily read....

Seriously need a pop sucker like brklynfan or exstatic to explain how it was great cuz Bryn was gonna get a shot at the 3, lmao what an absolute garbage play call by the worst player caller in the game in that situation
In Pop's non-defense, other team's could make butter out of the play before when DeRozen took nearly 4.5 of the 7 seconds to make a move before casually plunking it off Plumlee's leg with .7 left. when you have a bunch of below average IQ players on the court at the same time, you tend to look silly as a head coach.

Pop’s obsession with Patty Mills has this team with more losses than they should. I’m in the tank crew as well but it’s also frustrating seeing this team underachieve because Pop and his stupid decisions.

Still not too late to get to 14th in the West, but it's clear the FO would rather be the 9th seed.

EXACTLY. This wasn't a typical Spurs choke we can scoff at. This was a terrible loss that continues to expose how flawed this Spurs team is that PATFO continues to insist is good enough.

I guess Pop hasn’t got around yet to figuring out wtf to call to get a catch and shoot three at the end of a game? I couldn’t believe the lineup he had out there; I expected a play drawn up for Bertans or Beli, not a bunch of midrange guys crowding the court and ing Bryn Forbes the only realistic option to take the shot. Damn. It all came down to those missed free throws though — the Nuggs were trying to give away the game and Demar couldn’t seal it.

GREAT game by Derrick White, he showed some serious defensive tenacity and instincts. He’s still a tad shaky on offense at times but you can see he is still gaining confidence. There are some nice moments that happen when he is on the floor. If he can start hitting threes he will be deadly I’m sure.

Was a good game wish we would have won but man this shows us how desperately we need a starting SF. I don’t even want to look out how much the Nuggets out rebounded us.

That is true. Another issue is having a 'star' wing who cant shoot 3's ever.
