I think all you need to know about Shepherd is that it doesn't look like the coaching staff is putting much effort into keeping him. If he was the big priority some have made him out to be you would see more energy and effort into keeping him . I just don't see it.

Not yet, but the staff is obviously being very aggressive going into 2020 so someone pulling the trigger wouldn't be a surprise.

They don't want A&M and OU getting a head start like they did last year, so they're trying to build some early momentum by getting top juniors to campus before National Signing Day.
