Could be a big difference in talent between 12 and 19. and the spurs could get lucky on lottery night and fall into the top 10. Much more exciting watching the lottery results and draft night than watching the spurs fall in the 1st or at most 2nd round. 2nd round is their peak. They are not going any further than the 2nd round and very likely not even get to the 2nd round.
