I do not. I was wondering if you did. Do tell.
Part and parcel of how the right lies.
Strawman arguments, easily made, and just as easily dismissed.
We can take unilateral action to avoid the worst of the damage.
Just because other people beat their kids, doesn't mean we have to.
Paris Climate Accord = beating your kids; I agree. What kind of unilateral action were you hoping for specifically?
yuk yuk yuk.
A carbon tax would be fine for starters.
I know Chris won't read it, but you might. Very detailed analysis, and one of the better science blogs I follow.

Pretty much. For some people, the complete inability to admit any weakness or fault in their beliefs stands out to me.
It may be my own confirmation bias, but I really wonder how much religious thinking has to do with it. When you suppress doubt and question questioning itself so that you can protect "faith", I really do think this is akin to having a weakened immune system. These people are unable to fend off ty ideas.

Same thing for you. Pearls before swine, but hey, I feel duty bound to at least provide you with the evidence available. I know you well enough to know you will ignore it, out of lazyness.
Four Things That Could Kill Us Before the Cloud Apocalypse Does
A study released in Nature Geoscience chronicles how strato ulus clouds, those low hanging clouds that lend themselves well to daydreaming, could one day disappear if we keep emitting carbon.
Their disappearance could, in turn lead to skyrocketing temperatures, raising the heat more than 8 degree Celsius (14 degrees Fahrenheit) around the globe.
Look, that is extremely super bad. If the clouds disappeared, the planet would likely be a scorched, parched scape
one researchers are furiously looking at because clouds play a crucial role in the climate system but are among the least understood components.
The study is based on a scenario where carbon dioxide rises to 1,200 parts per million, a near tripling of where it’s at today.
Technically, it’s possible.
But the reality is there’s a lot more stuff climate change could do to could spell the end of civilization before we reach that point.
Runaway ice melt and sea level rise
Oxygen-less oceans
Heat waves

I didn't![]()
Translation:
It's ok actually. No one here, even your friends, thinks you care about the truth. At least you don't have to pretend, I guess.
If your goal is to feel better about yourself, it doesn't matter what other countries do. If your goal is to save the world, then it does matter.
Scientific fact: You are a fat ing slob
That is why you take action, and work to have others do the same. Not difficult.![]()
Try reading the article and not just the headline. I know it’s difficult for somebody who digests all information in 140 characters or less

Coal plants emitted more than ever in 2018, putting Earth in ‘deep trouble’
Global energy experts released grim findings Monday, saying that
not only are planet-warming carbon-dioxide emissions still increasing,
but also the world's growing thirst for energy has led to higher emissions from coal-fired power plants than ever before.
Energy demand around the world grew by 2.3% over the last year, marking the most rapid increase in a decade,
a fleet of relatively new coal plants in Asia, with decades to go on their lifetimes, led the way toward a record for emissions from coal-fired power plants — exceeding 10 billion tons of carbon dioxide "for the first time,"
greenhouse-gas emissions from the use of energy — by far their largest source —
surged in 2018, reaching a record high of 33.1 billion tons.
Emissions showed 1.7% growth, well above the average since 2010. The growth in global emissions in 2018 alone was "equivalent to the total emissions from international aviation,"

So if we accept that climate change is inevitable, where will the climate improve? Will Alaska be like California is now?
goddamn, you're ing stupid
yeah totally like omg problem solved. lets just have mass migrations in the billions. that will solve everything. and all the infrastructure needed to go along with it!
Everest is melting, exposing bodies of dead climbers, going back decades.
