But Peter Carr, a spokesman for Mueller, told the Guardian: “The do ents that you’ve described do not exist.”

If you read the Mueller report - there is plenty of restrictions that Rosenstein and then Barr placed on Mueller and Mueller explains it all.
All Mueller could do was;
1) Russia attack investigation -
2) coordination between trump -which Mueller explained ;
"coordination" is not really a criminal offense - it does not exist -
the ONLY thing Mueller could really do was - point out the "coordination" and then meekly explain that - that -"coordination" could not be labeled "conspiracy" because Rosenstein's memo's had already tied his hands.
Here is the ONLY good news - (good news= you give a about justice, the USA, and the rule of law);
Mueller had FBI agents not assigned to the Mueller team = nevertheless - attend every week and whenever a crime or evidence of a possible crime, evidence of trump team being compromised by russia, or evidence of any other crime - which his MANDATE would NOT allow him to pursue -
he had those FBI agents - take that evidence back to the fbi counter-intel -
and investigate those crimes from there.
So the CULT can celebrate that Mueller was rendered impotent -
but
the FBI didn't just drop their investigations.
All of that is in the Mueller report.
Mueller's spokesperson shut this down so quick.

Everything is in the report minus redacted grand jury material. He just told them to begin an impeachment inquiry.
At the very least this shows one thing we already knew... that Barr is a lying sycophant. He should be removed.

Basically he committed crimes but he can't be charged because he is the president. Impeachment is kind of a waste of time, but that is what Mueller just referred to, and I really don't see how they can't go through with proceedings now.

absolutely not, if the Dems write up Articles including ALL the Trash that is "unbecoming", unfit, dishonest, etc, and NONE of that has to be crimes or Miss Demeanor
All it will do is make him look bad. He already does. He won't be removed, so....? Not to mention his supporters will just blame it on the fic ious Democrat witch hunt. I also said that I don't see how they can't start it up. They kind of have to at this point, it just won't mean much.
It will be slow walked for months to make the process closer to the election, and to have more evidence from the investigations. Public support isn't quite there yet, a testament to the efficacy of the right wing propaganda machine.
