Suppose the roles were reversed: GOP legislative super-majorities, Dems fleeing to another state to thwart the people's will.

If the Dems sicced Antifa and left-wing paramilitaries on the state capitol with ominous talk about civil war and shooting state police, how would you characterize that?
    Well, TSA?

"Hmm real election meddling. Corporations influencing elections. Yep, we have crossed over into fascism.

Google must be stopped. Our existence as a free nation depends on it."

    I concur.

It's an indictment on the state of the college system that they want to acknowledge it's lowered value in this manner, tbh.

For that matter, they're the proof in the pudding, goofy faces and smiles as opposed to any sort of solid argumentation.

    Hawley who?

Looks like there's potential for collusion and corruption with the FTC (loopholes) Just end all federal protection for BTCs and let them compete like the rest of us on the free market.

Socialism ― or the tyranny of the meanest and the most brainless, ―that is to say, the superficial, the envious, and the mummers, brought to its zenith, ―is, as a matter of fact, the logical conclusion of “modern ideas” and their latent anarchy: but in the genial atmosphere of democratic well-being the capacity for forming resolutions or even for coming to an end at all, is paralysed. Men follow―but no longer their reason. That is why socialism is on the whole a hopelessly bitter affair: and there is nothing more amusing than to observe the discord between the poisonous and desperate faces of present-day socialists―and what wretched and nonsensical feelings does not their style reveal to us! ―and the childish lamblike happiness of their hopes and desires.

You mean, give a big wet kiss to to liberal trial lawyers who want to make your favorite online sources responsible for what alt-lite edgelords like you post there?

Lol. It's hilarious you can't see the drawbacks -- to all political viewpoints, and indeed, to the general diffusion of information and opinion -- that revoking Section 230 immunity might have.

I agree that Hawley's scheme of having political appointees oversee the political neutrality of big tech companies is rich with opportunities for abuse, but blowing up Section 230 and letting trial lawyers determine who and what we can read online ain't the answer either.
