Agreed, but even if it does get done, pricing disclosure by itself doesn't do anything for cost. We all know pricing is a big mashup of factors like risk pools, and come associated with a lot of fine print.

I mean, this happens all the time already, with services or products that advertise "Free for qualifying customers".
