Being in a city of 15 million will do that. A good portion of Knicks attendees aren't even regulars or ticket holders. Lots of tourists that are there because they're visiting NYC and checking out all the sights.

The salary thing starts day 1 and goes nuclear on day 366. How they plan on paying Kuzma next year exactly?? He makes $2M yet they are counting on him to be a major contributor from now on considering he's likely the only one that will play 75+ games for them.

They are absolutely ed on salary cap issues without going heavily into the tax. And their starting 5 are going to be dominant but HEAVILY taxed because their bench will be full of rookies and vets making minimums. They simply will not have reliable depth. Unless they are planning on playing 40+ MPG.
