I have read on lakersground that according to Laker fans if he doesn't make a decision before July 6th then they have no chance of signing #2. The reason for this is the Davis trade gets finalized on the 6th and that gets rid of the cap space they would have had to give #2 a max deal.
Maybe the stays put in Toronto, then?
If he doesn't make his decision tomorrow then it looks like he will stay in Toronto or possibly go to the Clippers.
