This guy has to be Top 3 in a most overrated list. 0 all-star nods, 0 all-nba nods, 0 memorable playoff performances/moments.

Apparently you don’t remember game 7 vs Denver.
Seems about right.
Great deal. Best backcourt in the league.
Just a dumbass podcast ( KD) and a lightly viral meme
Lol that backcourt got swept by a KD-less Warriors . Klay+Curry>>>Lillard+CJ (but they are good for sure)
This is the same deal Kyle in' Lowry got 2 years ago. It isn't bad at all.
McCollum is better than Hornacek and Majerle tho
Not a bad deal and not really all that close to the max. Fair deal and good on POR locking him in at a solid price all things considered
Not a bad deal but nothing that will change their pretenders status. Dame and CJ are still redundant as together and awful defensively
83 million a year invested in 2 players seems like smart management tbh
We lost to the Dubs because we didn’t have a center. We would crush them with Nurk.
You lost because Klay/Curry are better
Also because Dame blew his load in the first and second rounds, per par
damnit
And with that, the Guests secure their ticket to being 2nd-round fodder for the foreseeable future.
Good deal.
Nope. We got killed on the boards.
Can't blame Portland for doing this. Good regular season team and flirt with 2nd round for next few seasons, but a le aint happening
One of the reasons I'm more optimistic about the Spurs backcourt is the size of their guards. The 3 young guards are 6'5" in shoes which not only gives them a better chance to perform deep into the playoffs, it allows them to switch onto multiple positions. CJ & Dame are awesome, but feel they're limited by size.
Whenever I think of Dame/CJ, i just think of how they always got face ed by Curry/Klay.
Dont get me wrong, there is no shame in getting beat by the greatest shooting backcourt in NBA history. But still.....cant escape from the fact that this backcourt is just not championship-caliber.

people overreacting at players being "overpaid" that's the nba...
they are bchampionship caliber on offense, they are lottery caliber on defense...simply because, as someone has ponted out, they lack size. Its the same defensive (and rebounding) problem of the Mills Forbes combo...
For being contenders with these two they would need the other three starters to be big time defensive players...the simple fact that they gave up on Harckless and Aminu in favor of Hood puts them, imho, in a very bad position regarding perimeter defense( at the point that one should think they have a lot of confidence in Little...) . Also the front court, except for Colllins, doesn't look that strong on defense (both Whiteside and Nurkic, when will be available, are exploitable since they both are not that mobile).
Probably their goal will be to always win just with their offensive game...but GS has shown that also if you are an offensive juggernaut you can't win if you don't play good defense (Thompson, Green, Iguodala and Durant too were all from good to excellent defensive players).
