1) You said that Russia needed Crimea to have access to the Black Sea. They have most of the east coastline of the Black Sea in Russia proper. Soichi is part of that.

1) you gotta be dumb. look at a map. If you don't control Sevastopol, you cannot freely traverse the black sea. You basicallly a of whoever controls Sevastopol
