Alright. Give me the rundown. I only listen to the Republican side on the radio. Limbaugh, Hanity, Levin got me convinced Trump did nothing wrong. I read Political subs on Reddit and you know what their stance is. Dems seem to be throwing at the wall and praying that something sticks. Russia, collusion, obstruction, now Ukraine. I want to hear a Democratic view that is not bat crazy like y Reddit libs

Not trolling. When and where did he ask smear biden and “exonerate putin” (Wtf?)? In the call transcript he asked for an investigation in to Bidens spurred by bidens open admission that he quid pro qoud over the 1.5 billion to fire the attorney. That’s reasonable. Trump is being persecuted by Dems and he wants the investigations to go both ways. Why shouldn’t they?
Trump didn’t need to cheat to win 2016 and he doesn’t need to cheat to win 2020. He’s done well as president, despite the resistance of the dems. How is any of dems allegations indisputable or corroborated? Can’t just say you saw it on CNN.
Trump asked zelensky - to investigate the bidens and the FACT is that there is ZERO evidence of any biden wrongdoing - so trump is asking a foreign country to MAKE UP (like he did with russia in 2016)-
and investigate an american citizen - just like he did in 2016 -

The whistleblower reported wrongdoing because he/she is a patriot and listed names of people who might have information to corroborate
the dems opened an investigation rightfully and summoned all the people the WB named and so far they have corroborated pretty much everything the WB legally alleged

You can argue that he didn't need to do it to win in 2020. I agree. Nixon didn't have to orchestrate and cover up a break-in at the DNC to win in '72 either.

Chump - I haven’t followed the impeachment proceedings closely - are there any appointees testifying that have not been dismissed in the last 36 months? (ie disgruntled ex employees)
And if so, what is their testimony? What did they say happened?
There are current appointees and employees and military officers testifying. Some have resigned. Some have been reassigned. None have been fired to my knowledge but I could be wrong.
And are you really asking for a summation of 2600 pages of deposition and a dozen hours of public testimony?
My biased opinion is that Trump and his cronies orchestrated a bribery/extortion plot withholding military aid to the Ukraine unless they publicly announced investigations into Biden, his son and the DNC's tech company. The witnesses have been providing evidence of this among other things, but that's the main thing.
The witnesses are credible IMO. One of the complaints is that a lot of when they presented is hearsay. That's mostly because the actual people who said these things refuse or have been ordered by Trump to not testify. There is no innocent explanation for Trump's actions or those of the people carrying out this scheme. The facts being testified to simply aren't being challenged.
Nah I just am curious if there have been any highlights or bombs s that would justify this impeachment. All I’ve heard is hearsay testimony. Is there anything you see wrong with Jim Jordan’s timeline/explanation of the alleged withholding of military aid?
And if you're a Trump supporter, you're probably never going to concede he could possibly do anything to deserve impeachment. That's fine-- pretty much how politics go these days. In my opinion Trump's actions are worse than Nixon's during Watergate (Nixon did worse to win the 68 election but that was covered up by evevryone). The one redeeming quality of Nixon's was his deep sense of shame that actually caught up with him. There is no such quality in Trump, nor in many of his followers.

The whistleblower seems to be the only thing that kept this plot from coming to fruition.
And I told you the reason for the hearsay. I would probably brush up on the hearsay exceptions if you want to use that to defend Trump and co.
Do you not believe that the aid was originally held up for the white house to determine whether or not corruption still existed with the new Ukrainian leadership? Is it not true that Ukraine didn’t even know about the aid or it being withheld?
