I enjoyed it but the set up was way more compelling than the actual mission imo. And it seems like they really only needed Diablo. And maybe Killer Croc. Boomerang was pretty spare.

Some of the one liners were terrible. Unnecessary. Especially for Harley Quinn. But with Croc, don't forget he had to swim to get the bomb. Lol at some of those scenes they had to write in for the characters. Like the video camera for boomerang. Or the initial fight scene with Deadshot. I kept thinking, damn...Diablo could have done that much quicker and without anyone getting killed. Also...not that I minded looking at her, but why do they need HQ again? Because she can fight? Oh yeah, and that she can fool Enchantress.

But I digress, during the movie, I wasn't consciously thinking all that.

I liked it as well or better than 75% of the other superhero movies.

Oh yeah, who was the Indian? I didn't remember a set up. I realize they needed someone to prove the efficacy of the implants. But was he a real character from the comics?

Waller? She is all over the DC-verse, has popped up in a lot of stuff. There is a version of her in Arrow on CW.

My wife has been trying to get me to watch Arrow. I've seen a couple episodes in passing. Seems pretty decent but also not one that I could just jump in without watching from the beginning.
Also need to see the Flash for that matter.

I think that was after my childhood. I watched Justice League every Saturday. Or...actually, I think it was called, "Superfriends". But it was the Justice League fighting Legion of Doom.
Had the Wonder Twins and then the other boy/girl couple and the dog. Or maybe that was first. Can't remember.

And btw...I thought it was pretty lame how the Wonder Twins operated. So she could be any kind of animal. Fair enough. But he could only be something formed with water. But it seemed like he could make that whatever he wanted.

although i thought Laurence Fishburne was ok as Perry

His performance is fine, but the world greatest detective, who has one rule, doesn't plot to kill superman, when a reporter figured out who Superman was early on. He spent like a year or something plotting to kill him. It was so unbatmanlike.
