Yea I was just curious as to, did his ex ever take him back. Does he have a history besides this. Did his teammates ever talk about the incident? I have not been able to find anything. So I assume it is like you said, he pleaded guilty got probation, end of story.
I don't know about community service. It may have been part of the probation. That woman was his ex-fiancee at the time of the incident as far as I know.

I think Robinson probably was guilty and I don't think this is one of the types of cases I was using as an example...
#1.Robinson had the money to fight it indefinitely if he truly was innocent.
#2.The Gun...
Still, he has money and a girlfriend...and there's always a little room for doubt there with $$ to be had.
