I already mentioned that in the beginning of this thread, Har. It was hilarious. They were in bed together. It looked outrageous.
Does anybody remember the Mark Henry-Mae Young storyline?..I still don't know what the happened there..
I also liked the Higher Power storyline, although the ending was a little disappointing..

And didn't she get pregnant, Har? And gave birth and they looked under the sheets and everybody went nuts? Was that it?
Yeah it did. It was pretty bad in 2002 especially when HBK was running it. Then Vince just ended it like that.
Angle was awesome. That was one guy that could have been the icon of the WWF post Austin/Rock. They used him poorly. Losing him was a big blow IMO. Cena sucks.Kurt Angle was great..he could have been a huge superstar..he was one of the best wrestlers, and he was still able to pull off solid promos and had a good amount of charisma..shame..
Was that the Corporate Ministry storyline?
The Union and the Rock and Sock connection were awesome. And remember those days when they'd strap Ken Shamrock in the mental hospital outfit and throw away the key? Good times![]()
This is just like watching lefty drop one-liners after the other![]()

Pure majesty, in the long robe with the long blonde hair back.
Never permitted himself to be humiliated by schtick.
He came to Cleveland for like a three year stint in the late '60s, early '70s, and had quite a line with Johnny Powers, the local favorite. They had terrible match at the Cleveland Arena about '70 where the Cleveland PD had to be called. Valentine beat him about half to death. It was awful. It was highly debatable if it were actually real, but, it was convincing at the time.
Typhoon and Earthquake were a decent pairing... much better than what Typhoon used to be, remember? "Tugboat"...
Speaking of fat wrestlers, my dad's favorite was always "Bastion Booger"... and his majestic duct tape costume.
Speaking of Tugboat...who says we don't love WCW
I went to an event in New Hampshire one time, where Stone Cold stole the Rock's belt and threw it into the river... pretty awesome.
Yeah...Mae Young gave birth to a ing hand. That was random was ...
He has so many good clips. The Rock is one of the best of all-time on the mic. There is just no one like that guy anymore...

These three clips were my favorite. They would go anywhere to put on a show![]()
but...but...but... we have John Cena![]()
The WWF always gave you what you wanted, and as much as you wanted, again, and again, and again. That's rare.
McMahon delivered it.
Those segments were awesome.
I also loved the hardcore matches and how they would go all over the arena fighting. That 24/7 hardcore le rule was the !
He sure did. The storylines were great. I used to get all giddy on Monday mornings because Raw was on that night. Each show kept you wanting for more.
HHH before Fall 2002 I loved. Once he became the top dog after Rock and Austin left was tough to watch. He never lost his world le belt. He had the leverage because he was married into the family.
However that leverage wouldn't be there for him if Austin/Rock never left. If Austin/Rock wanted to be the champ, Vince would allow it because they both brought him the best income.
Yes. It was a special time and the itinerary was static. Americans like static. And McMahon gave us what we wanted. We asked once and he never failed us. "You want this? No problem."
Only time failed us:::"Problem with time I've learned, eventually time always runs out."
But, from the look of this thread, we caught the whirlwind and it rests now in our hearts & minds where nobody can take it from us.
That, is as good as it gets.
That is one of a sumary that I will applaud.
