Yes, and do you realize with a faster pace (like that in the 80s, early 90s) comes increased stats? If you think Alex English can average 28 on 53% shooting in today's league, you're more ed than I thought. It's no surprise your beloved Karl Malone only averaged 10 boards a game once after the mid-90s. Hakeem's rebounding numbers also dropped. As did many other big men.
No dispute with that Nono. Cir stances define careers.
I just recognize the fact that it's clear as day Karl is the superior player now that we have the clarity of how ty this washed up pile of is at 35.
Two or three defensive powerhouse teams does not equal "defensive oriented era."
"Hey everyone, the SSOL Suns averaged 110 points a game, the 00s were an offensive oriented era!"

Another post. The clarity we have now is that Duncan career was superior to Malone in every aspect, even if Duncan will have seemingly a shorter career.
talking about player careers but restricting comparisons to 35 years old.
ty troll
bombs exploding in your face
Higher shooting percentages = less rebounds. for tat got.
Even if you compensate for pace of the game, Karl still s on Duncan statistically.
Learn to read chimp.
Yeah, that's why there was 180 more total rebounds averaged per team in 89 than 09.
Just stop. You're losing this debate, and with every reply, you make yourself even look more like a dumb .
Prove your last quote, please.
This is what Malone will be perennially remembered for:

Like Duncan could have played at the 80s pace. He'd be a 15 and 8 guy in the 80s since every other big would have been doing wind sprints around his molasses ass. He could have very well have been Brad Daugherty.
Prove it.
Anyhow, with that last reply I'm out. Defaulting to speculation is essentially raising the white flag in a debate.
Glad to educate you on the game, history.
having to resort to "if jordan played in the russell era"
turdbomb exploded in hand
Steve Blake a solid defender
PERIOD, how many seasons has he played given the playoff games as well? DO NOT TELL THESE IDIOT kids that though, they can't comprehend this much. This board is full of clowns at times.
You? Educate? On this game?
Spindly little gots like you sat on the sideline, much like you do in life now.
Hey let's compare players when they're past their primes.
That makes as much sense as Jordan and Bird comparison in their 50s. History2b stupid as ever...
Damn... that was gangsta Luck_The_Fakers_Luck_The_Fakers_Luck_The_Fakers_Lu ck_The_Fakers_Luck_The_Fakers_.
HAHAHAHA...Duncan, to this point, has played in 40 more playoff games than Malone after 13 seasons. 40 ING GAMES. That's less than half a season. Don't try and use that as your argument...it makes YOU THE IDIOT.
Lol History2b failing at the internet...
That's because Karl walked into the league at 22, while Duncan did at 21.
At any given age, Duncan has an extra NBA season on him + those extra playoffs games. That's why the 'age' comparison is monumentally re ed.
Frankly, as Duncan decline was fairly obvious, Malone longevity was fairly obvious too. He only played one side of the court.
