Spurs fans will love his high Bball IQ, I still question his lack of selfishness and hope he can get in shape quickly because he was so fat at one point.
But playing for a crappy team such as the Bobacts and eating like crazy in South West of France (food notorious known to be rich, that's where they produce Foie Gras) in Bordeaux during the lockout surely didn't help.
I think playing with one of your best friends and one of the best organization in Sports history help to get motivated. I think we can hopefully trust his IQ to make the right decision and get fit quickly!

Whoa, I fired up this video of Diaw playing for the French NT and the dude is HUGE. He seriously might be 300 pounds.
Diaw's passing is pretty damn sick though.
Knowing Pop, I seriously that he's limiting his minutes due that Splitter is injury prone in his mind!Minutes in the playoffs should be this:
Duncan 35-37 MPG
Diaw 20-25 MPG
Splitter 25-30 MPG
Bonner 8-12MPG
Unfortunately, knowing Pop, they'll likely be this:
Duncan 35-37MPG
Diaw 20-25MPG
Bonner 18-22MPG
Splitter 15-18MPG
......
But I can't figure why he's not pairing Dunc & Splitter more. Stats have shown that they were not the best fit together but Blair & Bonner suck in the playoffs!
Don't believe that Blair will now just stop playing that Boris is here.

TP, who is known to be straight forwarded, kept insisting that Diaw is in shape but he may be protecting his buddy and bluffing (amateur of poker) to encourage the Spurs organization to sign him.
There were questions that TP may not have been his usual self when Manu was out of the playoffs and played crappy. Hopefully, adding Diaw to the team will make hom more than ready and motivated for the playoffs this year!
Bonner looks pissed like "damn Diaw might actually take my minutes"

Damn it! Every single time I'm going to post something, you beat me to it.
Diaw won't take Splitter's minutes.. all my energy is going into not believing otherwise.
Diaw should take Blair/Bonner's minutes.. whoever is playing well between the two at the moment.
The only reason Blair is playing so far is that our frontcourt is really limited! You obviously can't overplay Duncan to preserve his minutes and Splitter has been injured here and there.
He was benched during the rest of the series for the Grizzlies and is playing beginning of halves most of the time.
Hopefully, more Diaw and SJax (smallball, I like it for once because he brings swag and defense) = less Blair

235 ibs, about 10 lbs over his optimal playing weight but okay for playing only the PF slot.
He was enormous at the start of the season. Supposedly he's lost over 20lbs since then. I still say Spurs need to get him to lose another 10lbs by the start of the playoffs.

Wow, what a late season run for the FO! This team is stacked offensively. Now the question remains: can we play elite D for long enough stretches to win a ring?
Great stuff! We have a really good chance this year. Definitely a darkhorse contender after these deadline moves.
