Just rest him, Playoffs start April 20th.. That gives him 2 solid weeks to heal up..
CIA Pop is hiding the real injury just to protect playoff ticket sales, tbh. You just wait. In six days, we'll learn Tony has a broken spine and is paralyzed from the neck down. Tbh.
LOL, but seriously, this sounds like good news. Interesting quote by SJAX in regard to Manu. It sounds like Pop may just be playing it safe with the 3-4 week timeframe, like I thought.
Captain has to keep it real. can't tell a lie.
then he'll have to play full minutes to get in game shape for the 2nd round.
Tony has been getting beat up pretty good....kind of hard to get going when you body is hurting.....I say let tony rest for a couple games and maybe play the last game just to get the mojo going.....who cares about seedings.....spurs are in the play offs and we need the whole gang to be healthy....
Let's just get to the finish line at 1 or 2 in the WC. Tony's been such a big reason for the 56 wins already. A little bit of a break would be a big thing for him. Let the young guys do some heavy lifting the next two weeks at the guard spot.
If Tony can just get fresh again, the Spurs have a shot to win the whole thing - a great shot I don't know but it is something that could happen.
You never know when something weird could happen to another team health-wise. Even the Heat and Thunder are one misstep from being in the Denver Nugget's shoes with a key component being out till next year. The Spurs are good enough with all hands on deck to beat those two teams.
Man, and we were all in the mood for some good pitchforking too!
Time to disperse guys:

Good news. Now gives us the #1 seed.![]()
Great shot!!
Pretty sure y'all got it wrapped up at this point. Spurs gotta just focus on making it into the playoffs somewhat healthy.
Nothing serious, pheew
he looked so bad pop had to take him out, and with pops comments it wasn't an overreaction to think its something serious
So has the injury cost Parker his 1st team All NBA spot? I figured it would be a fight between him, CP3 and Kobe.
He'll be lucky to make 3rd.
What is game shape when you are hobbling around the court?
Just rest him for 2 weeks IMO..
Pop just Tweeted me that Tony will be out for the rest of the season with a fractured spine. I texted him back my condolences.
I don't sweat you!
Jeff McDonald @JMcDonald_SAEN 11s Spurs already listing Tony Parker as probable for Wednesday in Denver. So sounds like he'll play.
