Great news that Jared Allen should play against Philly.
I would be ridiculously thrilled with a 7-1 start going into our games against the ans and Redskins, but I can't help but think we will have a let down and go 6-2 into that stretch. It's also not out of the realm still whatsoever for ATL to win the South - that schedule is so cake… but I still expect them to have letdowns.
I'm not that worried about Philly, but I acknowledge that they are hot and cold. We should win that game.

Of all the undefeated teams they definitely have the least amount of "talent" to work with. I'm not gonna go overboard and start talking about the Super Bowl just yet (or even winning a single playoff game).
But, right now, you've got to give them credit for what they're doing.

It seems as if Kawan Short has become our best DT. Star is still great, but those injuries have hampered him. Delaire is very impressive. I'm not even sure that Jared Allen will start this weekend. I'm missing Shaq already. Hopefully Klein will continue his hot play while he's out.

He definitely has performed big this year, but Star commanding those double teams can't be undervalued. And yeah, Delaire is looking like the pickup of our season so far, can't believe the Bucs and Skins didn't give him a chance. If he can be consistent, when CJ comes back, we could have the #1 defense, though i'm always worried about Harper getting burned still.
I think Luke will handle the middle just fine. I'm not envisioning a scenario like the NO game where we get picked apart over the middle. I think TD and Luke will keep us from getting hurt by Celek. Just get a little pressure on Bradford and we should be good for at minimum 2 or three turnovers in our favor.
