Arenas and Parker took the same number of shots. Dayum.
Until the Spurs prove otherwise, after any sort of victory the night before a road game against a good team, we will lose by about 30, which is going to earn me some vbookie money.
Arenas and Parker took the same number of shots. Dayum.
Det won two tough, close games on the road, back to back.
They are playing like the Champs.
And Arenas did his damage in only 29 minutes. Jamison scored 19 in only 21 minutes as well. That's efficient.
hopefully this trend of good jump shooting teams killing us ends real soon or phoenix is gonna run us out the building next week.
Happened at Dallas
If they were playing like the Champs, they would have lost by 15!
??
Arenas played 41 minutes and Jamison 34.

Dude, that is not what Gamecast had on espn.com

Sorry, I had to take a call and leave.
Still has Arenas at 29 min and Jamison at 23 min...

Yes the Pistons are playing like the champs they are. Spurs are in trouble and their fans know it. If only sheed had a brain we would be talking 3 peat but it happens. Pistons will win about 67-68 games this year. Our Offense is just sick we have the best bench in the league, the best Pg,most underrated coach, possibly the best O and D combined etc etc. Pistons want the le back and I see them getting it back because their hungry spurs fans. Enjoy your fun last year cuz it wont last. Pistons are proving to the world they are great and will be champs in june 2006. WE ARE THE ONLY UNBEATEN TEAM LEFT IN THE LEAGUE AND YOU GUYS ARE ALREADY WORRIED I CAN SMELL IT ON YOU. HEY MAYBE YOU GUYS COULD MAKE IT OUT OF THE WEST STILL

THAT IS IF YOU AVOID THE MAVS.
If we keep getting slaughtered on the road every time that we play a good team, what does that say about us? What kind of confidence will that inspire in the playoffs? We won't have home court advantage since we're going to lose about half of our road games, like last year. Then, we're going to have to try to have confidence that we can win games on the road just like we did in the regular--- oh, wait we were mauled by every good team we played on the road.
Arenas > Parker, Haywood > Duncan, at a minimum this was true tonight.
The first one is easier to accept than the second one. The second one is hard for one to contemplate. However, we must admit that Haywood & Company owned Tim, outplaying Tim and shutting him down.
Are the Spurs that y that just because they win a game the previous night, they simply assume that they will run over the next team they face?
Looks like it. Maybe this will bring them back to Earth. If this happens enough, then maybe they will get tired of having their heads handed to them on a platter after a win the previous night, recognize a pattern and decide that they are tired of being blown out and embarassed the night after a win.
The Spurs have yet to win convincingly against a top team. Can they do it? I am not sanguine as to the chances that they can. And until they prove otherwise, I maintain my view that this will be repeated through out the season.
Hypothetical example: beat the Hawks by 30 at home or in their arena and the next night play the Pistons in their place and lose by 30 or Indiana or Miami or Houston (when Miami and Houston are healthy)...
^ I apologize for him/her (Pistonfan1 post two posts above)
There's a lot of talk around the league about the top young guards that usually centers around Arenas and TP. He wanted to prove who was top dog tonight.
talk to us after the all star break. your bench wasn't the best last night vs the blaze. the pistons are playing like the champs they were.
What was/is the score?
It hurts like to see the Spurs lose so badly to good teams,
but after only 7 games, it's stupid to make generalizations about the entire season.
110-85 Wizards win.
Too bad it won't stop them from doing so!
Since I received no answer, had to assume we lost...I was wrong, we were spanked like nasty B!#%*s...
IDIOT. don't crap all over their game blog. Don't jump into this conversation just to be braggidocious about your team. Show a little class.
This is not the place for your thoughts on the Pistons. If you feel the need to be a talker, at least start your own thread in the NBA News Central section.
Comon man look at how dominate out ing team is. We are unbeaten and hungry and the le is ours as long as we stay hungry. They got fortunate which is part of the game they wont have it as lucky as they did a year ago. This team wants to be champs again and god damnit they wont accept coming up short again. This team is DOMINATE and will sweep through the east and beat the spurs in a compe ive 6 games. If we stay healthy we will go 68-14 Delfino is proving to be very Manu-Like and Arroyo is the best backup pg in the nba along with the best backup bigs in the league in Dice and Darko. We also have the best starting 5, the best pg in the nba, the best defense and offense, and the most underrated coach in the entire NBA. Man this is gonna be a fun year for us Pistons to dominate the east and be crowned world champs again when we dethone your senior citizen asses.
Owned by the Buzzards..that hurts, no matter WHEN it occurs in the season.
