I don't even know that it needs to be a complete change of staff, just bringing in someone to run the offense.

Phil's a great coach, but even he had Tex Winter around to coordinate the offense.

We need a dedicated offensive guy to come in that has complete control of the offense, that is given enough power that he's not having to kiss Tim's ass all the time like Pop does now.

I'm too tired to think about it right now, I'll see if I can come up with some names. The only one who comes to mind is Argentina's old national team coach (think he's semi-retired from coaching these days).
