    I don't understand those Spurs fans who think that Scola would've been a trainwreck on the Spurs. He can score pretty well. He can pass. His D is decent. Even if he isn't the ideal partner for Duncan in the frontcourt, he's talented and plays to win. Plus it's not like the Spurs' bench is brimming with scorers.

    Brazil had some of the worst offensive possessions in a clutch situation that I've ever seen. Two times they ended up with Barbosa shooting from 40 feet.

    and he can stick the midrange jumper better than Oberto and Elson.

    And he's been getting double teamed all tourny . . . when he gets single coverage in the NBA, he's a damn good steal at his salary.

    Most teams are stuck with players like Matt Bonner for that kind of money.
