Anxious to find out if they'd take Guervil, Johnson and Simeon if they had the opportunity to do it.
That puts them at six DTs in this class, and '27 looks strong too.
Be interesting to see how it plays out. James Johnson is a numbers buster/take-no-matter-what IMO.

According to IT, Texas is showing interest in ATH Legend Bey of North Forney.
A source at his high school said "Texas has Legend on their recruiting board and is evaluating him heavily.”
Runs a 10.2 100M.

From Georgia's On3 board on five-star LB Tyler Atkinson...
"Georgia will not be the highest bidder here, confident in that. Will not low ball an offer either. His team and his agent are heavily involved, but Georgia knew they had to be in the ball park to have any shot here."

Not a huge shocker with his twin brother already committed there, but LB Beau Jandreau of Chandler, AZ picks Oklahoma.

Samari Matthews Fong'd to Texas. OTF says he's now committing July 11th.
Simmons put in a Texas pick as well.

Hamilton at OTF commented that "Texas will do everything they can to win it."
He seems to think Florida has the edge currently.
OTF wrote they feel "great" today on S Chace Calicut of Galena Park North Shore.
On3 mentioned Texas will be tough to beat, but don't sleep on Georgia.

OTF likes where Texas sits with Guervil and Simeon.
They believe Georgia led for Johnson when he arrived in Austin this weekend, and they think they still hold the lead at 55-45.
Not a done deal for Johnson yet, however.
OTF on OL recruiting...
- confidence remains with Felix Ojo (Mansfield Lake Ridge) and his recruitment is down to Ohio State vs. Texas, but parents aren't fans of him going far
- things look good with John Turntine III (North Crowley) as well with Michigan being the main compe ion, and A&M/Stanford aren't as hopeful as they were
- Malakai Lee (Honolulu, HI) is still a Michigan vs. Texas decision, with Georgia not giving up
- they don't expect Zaden Krempin (Prosper) to be in this class
OTF added that this is a case of Krempin choosing to go elsewhere, and not losing his spot.
247 thinks it'll be Georgia for Calicut.
You talking about Scruggs' post from yesterday?
He's the only guy I've seen giving Georgia the lead right now.
Apparently aggy dropped a huge bag for Krempin
Damn... 10.2 is mooooving..
Six may be too much. I think if these 3 jump in, someone already commited will go elsewhere. Don't get me wrong, I'll take it, but don't see it happening.
I agree six is unlikely, just thinking out loud.
