LOL well I don't claim to be an expert, but I feel like I know a good amount. Just don't ask me about whites because I don't like them. I can drink a Pinot Gris but thats about it. Ive gone to a few wine tastings and have read up a little. I mean I can't tell you what year the grape peaks at or anything, but I can recommend some good red's.
A friend of mine borrowed my laptop or else I would be under covers, too. Instead I am chained to my desk doing some work between posts. He better return it soon though cus I need it for work.

Usually what I do is buy 2 bottles of each. 1 to drink 1 to save (unless I don't really care for it, then ill drink the one I am saving as well, but I haven't had that problem often). I have my own bathroom in my apt and its like 6 feet. The tub is only like 1 foot away from the toilet. Count the steps and see how far I am off.

Randalls actually has a decent selection for the most part.
We don't have Randalls here. We don't have re ed stores. Other than Wal-Mart.

Central Market has a good section here though. Some HEBs have good sections too though.

Whole foods usualy has crap
Anytime I have gone to Austin to visit a friend of mine, I swear we end up at Randalls and I didn't care for it. It was a tiny-ass store with very little selection. Havent' been in awhile though.
Whole Foods has an OK selection. So does World Market.
lol i drank a 2 dollar bottle of christmas wine from world market called electric reindeer.
I saw those in the ad and decided those are probably the iest wines of all time that you take to a holiday party with people you hate in attendence.
