Ok. So u're saying Robinho is no Ronaldo and Adriano is no Ronaldo. That would make Ronaldo unique and most essential in Brazil's offense, more than Robinho.
I'm just saying that with a Robinho-Ronaldo combo you don't have any redundancy and they're both necessary in their different ways: Ronaldo to receive the various passes and do his magic in the box, Robinho to help deliver those passes.

Obviously Ronaldo is a far superior player to Robinho, but in order for this particular team to function as a whole, Robinho is an integral part. Although, yes, Ronaldo is the most essential player on that team. Even overweight, even slowed down, he is still the one who finishes for them. If he weren't playing well, Brazil would have only a slim chance of making it to the Final.

Sadly I don't sit on our trading floor anymore, otherwise I'd just be able to flip it onto one of the TVs...

Germany have a better chance to win this one. Klose is on his best and Podolski is fantastic. They play great controlled ball on defense and it will be realy difficult for Saviola to get through this defense. They need more power a machine whose name is Tevez.
Talking about Germany - they are playing better and better. Their firts game was the worst and the last was the best, so I'm realy intrested how they will come out.

Argentina must to use more wings and Riquelme must to play as it is the last game to him. maybe Aimar will be the cure?
I'm not happy with Messi, he is not playing well. The best player so far is probably Cambiasso and let it be.
Damn I miss Zanetti and Veron

best player is Cambiasso?? what games have you been watching? It hink Ayala has been the more consistent one, with Mascherano being the best. However one could make a case for Saviola as well.

By the way, what defence?? Germany has a lousy defense, their entire game is based on keeping the ball midfield and up, not to mention their midfieldiers are big and slow. I'm not worried about their defense, we've got more than enough offensive talent to score against Germany. Having said that, their offense would scare the out of anyone with eyes I'm thinking if Argentina can improve this crap of a defence we've played so far, we will be able to contain Germany, otherwise we be dead.
