I'm 20 and have a lot of greys. My grandma and dad got the salt n' pepper hair by 30. So I'm going to have to start dying my hair quite soon. Unfortunatly, I believe I'm allergic to hair dyes from previous experiences..

Actually, San Antonio used to have a St. Patrick's Day Parade....my mom was in it and had her hair dyed green at the time I originated, so to speak. I was actually a make-up-after-a-fight baby.

My grandmother was completely white-headed by the time she was 25, and she was half indian. Cherokee I think. I'm just starting to get grey though but I'm dark blonde so it doesn't show much and I highlight it, so that hides it more.

I'm the only one in my family who is pre-maturely gray.
My mom has a few (like 30 or so) gray hairs and she is 45. My dad has none at all and he is 47.. his mother still had pitch black hair at 76.

I don;t have any white hairs. But I do have grays. And about hte same time I started getting gray hairs the rest of my hair kinda just lost it's color. It used to be chestnut brown.. but then it just paled nad paled untill it looked dusted or grayish like computer speakers.... it's weird.. the closest I can describe it is if you've ever been to a funeral for a fairly young person and you see that thier hair is kinda dead looking... thats my hair.
