These people enter the stadium in masses and with no one checking them. Even the stewards/security guards in the Curva Sud carry huge garbage bags full of little bottles of Sambuca for €3 each, and prob sell a couple thousand each game.
It'll be loud Wednesday night, but it probably won't affect Bartha from dribbling around for 99% of the game

EDIT: Per ESPN, Messi is actually 2 kg heavier.

Iniesta is one of the most injury prone sportsmen in the World, that's why I think he's a tiny bit overrated. Every season he misses like half of the games.
