Ravens still tied for first in their division. Best-case scenario right there. Would rather the Pats have lost, but the Ravens get their chance to play them anyway.

Cinci is good, but nothing special, and Pittsburgh/Cleveland looked absolutely awful today..

I wasn't impressed with Brees as much. He was off throughout the game. Plus the o-line didn't protect great and couldnt open up alot of holes for the running game. Also the Falcons o-line got whipped by the Saints d-line. That's a bad sign for them long-term. Plus Ryan is still a choker.

Or maybe both defenses are better than expected?

Green Bay matches up horribly against SF, their offensive line is atrocious and will always get exposed against a team with talent like SF's defense IMO..

With SF at home, too, should be an easy -5, tbh..

Yeah. I think it's clear I was wrong in how well the Ravens were going to start the season. I still think they could be good once Pitta and Jones comes back and the defense gets some chemistry back. In the meantime, they should be able to still win their division, which gives them a chance to make some noise again next playoffs.

Brees missed a few passes that he usually makes. There were also a couple of plays where the WR's ran the wrong route. I think the offense will be fine though. We spotted them a 10-0 lead and still won the game. Can't ask for much more than that.

talking about covering not winning. The lines almost always overrates 2nd year qb's worth. Cam Newton couldn't get his team in FG range more than once.
