    A lot of folks make the mistake of thinking height is the most important attribute in the post. It's actually a hindrance for positioning. Wemby needs to be catching the pass and immediately going into a shot. The others need to try to find him, because the whole play should be really fast rather than a deliberate iso. That takes time, but it also takes a deliberate effort in terms of strategy and execution.
