I hear you. I always want it fair. I hate to argue. If its early in the game and I didn't knock the ball out but the other team says I did , I will just give them the ball and forget about it, but If its point up then your going to have to earn it.
you will be fine. the worst part of it all is the waiting. I sure hope they didn't do anything funny during the surgery and thats why they didn't give you the video. I remember my video they had a drill bit drill into my knee and pieces of bone were floating everywhere

The worst injury I have had was a broken wrist when I was playing ball. It was broken for 2 1/2 years without me knowing. I finally went to a specialist and he told me the bone where I broke it was dead because no blood was flowing. So they had to cut some bone from my forearm and put in on the wrist. I couldn't play for 3 1/2 months and then it took a month to rehab. I still get scared when I drive in.
we usually don't give our patients the video of their surgery if there were any complications, unless they request it. We wouldn't want to promote them to go "Maloney & Maloney" on our ass.![]()
same thing happened to a friend of mine .......
Ouch.
I once went in for a dunk and landed with my leg straight, my knee popped out the back, it looked like a horses hind leg. I bent over and hit it with my fist to pop it back in. Hurt like after, but I never went to the doctor. This was back in 8th grade.![]()
I bet you can jump like a grasshopper now and jump really high
maybe if it stayed that way....![]()
but then again, in 10th grade, I finally dunked on a regulation hoop(not with a volleyball). and I'm only 5'7". That was 10 years and 20lbs ago....![]()
That's what I'm talkin about.![]()
I have a huge scar on my right wrist. It still hurts once in awhile and it feels weird when I try to actually bend it. The scary thing was that the anesthesia wasn't all that and during the surgery I heard them chipping away at my bone and freaked out.
ouch ! maybe the doctor was carving his initials in your bone
That was a dumbass doctor! didn't that guy leave his alma mater on the inside of some lady?
Shi-iii-ii-i-ii-it, try playing with a dislocated hip for eight months. That ish wasn't cool.
I still remember the joy I had when I went up for a layup, got undercut, landed on my hip and heard it pop back into place. That was greatness.
I bet that felt good
You're probably right.
damn dude, how did you even run? did you not know it was dislocated?
Running straight was easy. Going side-to-side was what sucked. I could've had surgery to put it back in place but I wasn't up for that. Sometimes it still bothers me but only like 1% of what it used to.
So the doctors couldn't use force to jam it back into the socket?
I think they were just trying to get money out of you
LJ is fearless far more than i could ever imagine
I played with a headache once
Why don't yall play a man's sport, like football?
Of course he knew it was dislocated. There was a thick bruise all over it for months.![]()
lj's a soldjya
pdme, did you get the availabilty info I posted?
Na, I must've missed it. I'll look for it right now.
I didn't get a chance to call LBJ today, I will stop by there personally tommorrow and get the information, and likely just book it then. I'm still looking at Sunday Noon April 2nd, unless something has changed. Right?
