While I understand that being faithful can be difficult at times, you owe it to your partner to be honest. You should also think about the risk factors you expose yourself and your partner to by cheating, as well as the distress you can cause someone who can potentially be hurt by your actions.

On a footnote, being open about dating can often bode in your favor... non-exclusivity can be quite satisfying.

I would never deny that women cheat ... but considering we've had this conversation in the forum ad nauseum, men (of course not all of them) are far more inclined to do so.
