I feel ya FP. My biggest fear right now is that Ben has set the precedent, and that Chauncey follows suit ... he too bolts form the team for the $$$$
While Chauncey is and has been my favorite Piston ... even I have to agree that he has been all about ego ever sincve the Final MVP.
In fact, I believe this years performance, especially in the 2nd half of the season , was nothing but a pure display of his ego.
He started to hear the regular season MVP talk and thought he had to stop shooting, and just try to distribute early ... and then attempt to take over at the end making the victory more dramatic.
Forget SpursTalk, he may be the weakest poster on the whole damn internet.

So Ben, you obviously left because of the money right? No. It was never about the money. Well then, you left cause you didn't like Flip right? We've bee reading for weeks that you couldn't play for him anymore. Nope, I respect him. This year wouldn't have been as good without him. So you left because you didn't get along with the players? The only issue he copped to was wanting the ball more. His desire to more invloved in the offense.
I'm sure in 2 or 3 months, we'll hear more about it. I'm curious to hear more of the reasons ... but I also hope he just keeps his moth shut and lets it die.

You've always been on of my favorites on here TB1001, and based on your posts I never even questioned how old/young you are. I just recently found out, and was quite suprised.
