Man it's about time we got a game like this from the Spurs. We should be doing this more often. And coupled with the Mavs loss, it's a good night all around!![]()
wow 13 of 23 3's
I think the Spurs really did gear up for payback. Warriors must be aching, "didnt we beat them last week?"

Another payback time Wed night @Bobcats.
dang duncan, why couldn't you get some more points/rebounds in such a high-scoring affair?!??!?!?! haha, i can appreciate the spurs if ONLY because timmy's on my best fantasy team
That game was so awesome!!!!!!!
His game is similar to Finley's. He can spot up for a jumper, and PUNISH smaller players in the post, and he isn't much of a ball handler.
What has gotten into Brent Barry? He's been on fire lately.
WTF?? am I reading the scoreboard right?? a 40 point blowout with 8 players on double digits?? jesus!! what was the team on? steroids??
It was a damn sweet game to watch. The ball movement was better than it's ever been. Manu looked great. And for that stretch in the 3rd, Tony was penetrating and dishing better than I've ever seen him in his life. Even when the outside shooters were (rarely) missing, it was great to see him like that. All the bench players were great. They pushed the starters 30+point lead up to 40.
Everyone played well on the whole team from top to bottom (except for Oberto, I think).
Pop said Manu isn't 100% but he's at the stage where its better to play 15-20 minutes and try to get his body going.
Oh and it was great that Bruce (and the rest of the starters) could rest the whole 4th.
The blowout gave them the needed rest to payback Charlotte.
times like this when I really hate that we don't get League Pass over here
It sounds like an unbelieveable game! 51 rbds 37 assists?? holy crap!

And Dallas lost tonight.

Sorry, I'm late but...
Clinic
Ur signature is amazing
-Spurs scoring their most points in a regulation game since April 22, 1993,
Spurs set season highs:
- for assists (37)Manu w/ 9; Parker w/ 7; Elson w/ 5; Oberto w/ 4
- and baskets (49)
- and tied another with 13 3-pointers. (Barry w/ 4; Udrih w/ 3; Bowen w/1; 2 @ E.Williams/Horry
then makes 18-19 FT (94.7%)
this team can kick ass![]()

Great win, now if only the Spurs could play half as well as they did tonight (or rather last night, its 2am now) they would dominate everyone. Im kinda geting pissed at the lackluster performance in the first half of games, this is how they should play.
