Young Monta Ellis........................................Old School Rick Barry
OMFG, you still don't realize it do you? Dang, this is funny . Look let me spell it out for you.
1. Dirk Nowitzki (the poster) made two silly and annoying comments about how the Mavs were just biding time, that they were going to pounce and still win the game.
2. You laughed at him.
3. Amare_32 laughed at him.
4. In talking with Amare_32, I told him that I was basically embarrassed about the Dirk Nowitzki poster making comments like that, that he was like the little brother with boogers.
At no time did I insult you. Learn how to follow threads.

If that is the truth, then I apologize. You just seem to find my posts and insult me quite a bit.

haha, i can't wait until wednesday, i don't think i'll sleep, i'm mostly an insomniac anyway
this is true but that was not the case tonight. and yes, amare_32 is a fabulous poster, not a mavs ass kisser he's a suns fan and roots for the suns. i just happen to get along with him, and to a certain extent, with ronmexico
Answer me this then. Why did Amare32 quote my post of the guy rolling on the floor laughing and say classic? To me that was against me and not the poster I was laughing at. Then shortly after that you came up with the ADD comment.
you guys are getting away from the real subject at hand..........
the bay owns dallas!
Nashfan, you are a ing moron. After reading a few of your posts from time to time, I actually have come to appreciate RonMexico, and dont consider him a total- ing-re anymore. Now, hes just a ing re .
True, but AJ will be happy with this. The last time he had a chance to tear into his players they were 0-4.
You actually consider yourself bright do you? Very funny. Read some of your own posts idiot.![]()
You've been waiting 6 weeks to do this.![]()
You know the biggest problem I had with tonite's game? The lack of fight. The lack of respect for a worthy opponent, whom we might see in the first round. There are no gimmes in this league. On any given night, even a team like Charlotte or Memphis can beat you.
I guess what really pissed me off the most was when Barnes piledrove Harris while he was in the process of dribbling to the sidelines to call timeout. WTF was that????? If I'm Avery, I stroll over to Nellie and say "Take that Bush-league mother er out of the game or we'll do it for you. He does it again and you'll regret it." You can't afford to let some scrub on a scrub team punk you. This was the old Mavs tonite.
I love how the Mavs' fans say it's all only about the Mavs taking it easy, player not showing enough respect to try at all the while not giving GS the credit for owning the Mavs all season. How about trying that GS has quicker, more athletic palyers at every single position on the court from Monta - Devin to Biedrins - Diop or Dampier, swarms Dallas and throws them totlally out of rythym. You think after getting owned by GS for a while Dallas players and Avery might be wanting to try.
Alot of Spurs fans at least showed some respect for Denver and had some concerns the year they met in round one. Yet to see a Dallas fan who isn't so full of it that he thinks Dallas won't walk over GS or that GS might just be a bad matchup for the Mavs.
I guess winning 17 games in a row does that to you. You feel like your team didn't give the effort tonight. All I can say is I hope Golden State doesn't get the 8th seed.![]()
Why read his posts when we can all read what most everyone agrees is the single worst, most unfunny post in the history of this board, courtesy of you -
I know they mailed this one in pretty early on, but this game showed a few of my concerns about this team, most notably,
1. When things go wrong, Stackhouse still has the tendency to throw up the most ridiculous, ill-advised shots, along with turning the ball over in an equally ridiculous, ill-advised fasion.
2. Dampier still has way too many times where he does nothing but take up space and daydream about the millions being deposited in his bank account, as some tall white guy who I have no clue who the he is goes flying by for another layup.
3. Devin Harris still can't shoot for . It's great that he can make a three when the game is already over. Let's see him hit one of those when the team really needs it.
Wednesday - Mavs/Suns... Thursday - A&M begins its NCAA Tournament... I need to get sick fast so I can call in to work later this week.
Uh oh... don't tell Findog... Stack NEVER makes a mistake in his mind....
PONKY...
While I appreciate your some of your basketball points, do you always have to get into arguments with one or more posters everyday? Basketball arguments are fine but It seems that every other thread has you and another (Sun or Spur) poster exchanging insults (or similar) for several pages long. It really makes it difficult to catch up on reading the threads when you have to sort thru all the crap. You make good basketball arguments most of the time so why can't you leave it at that? Other posters are allowed to disagree with you ya know![]()
I took Thursday & Friday off. I love the opening week of the tournament. I've been in Vegas for it the last 6-7 years but have decided that it's just too crowded out there this week for my tastes anymore.

Did it seem to you like Avery told Harris to shoot 3 pointers everytime he touched the ball? I can't imagine Harris shooting that many 3's w/o being told to do as much.
God was listening. j/k
